First off host was amazing! Very communicative and friendly and always available with any questions we had. Condo was very clean and well laid out with the essentials and very detailed instructions on how everything worked. Overall 10/10 great place and we will for sure visit again!

"Watching the tides roll in"

Watching the vast salt marsh slowly swell with water and lazily empty back to the Atlantic while an assortment of herons fished was ultimately relaxing. This slow rhythm left us no choice but to slow down with it. Just what we needed. We could soak in the views of meandering sailboats from the expanse of bedroom or living room windows, or the screened-in porch. Cleanliness, communication, etc. all were top-notch. Our 3-day trial run left us yearning for a longer stay. The legendary beauty of Seabrook Island is something to see. The lack of crowds and traffic other beaches have to endure is absent. Will be back.

Do the reading

We enjoyed the quiet during off season. There is a lot to read about the property, community, amenities, etc. Make sure you read it all thoroughly. The island is walking and biking friendly. This means that people walking and biking will not travel single file or get over for vehicles. Go slow, be safe and give them plenty of room. Since this property is not close to the beach you'll want to drive or ride your bike to the beach accesses. Getting to see the dolphins strand feeding was fantastic.

Beautiful and serene

The condo was beautiful and the marsh view was perfect! My husband and I did enjoy our stay. It was far away from the hustle and bustle of Charleston, and was just what we were looking for. We enjoyed walking out on the pier to view the marsh and wildlife. I would give it a perfect review, but we did have one mishap that was a turn off to us. On the first night, we saw a cockroach in the shower. Upon awaking from our second night, we killed two more in the shower. That is the only thing that we experienced that was not perfect. I was apprehensive to leave any belongings out in fear of a roach getting in them. I have a phobia of cockroaches in my home, so this was a big deal and I probably reacted a little more extreme than others. The condo was very relaxing and the table and chairs overlooking the marsh was perfect for a cup of tea in the evening and a cup of coffee in the mornings.

Second time here - just as great as the first

This is a wonderful unit with a spectacular marsh view and a wonderful screened in porch to enjoy the scenery. The condo has been nicely updated and is clean and comfortable. This is the second time we have stayed here and it was top notch both times.

Seabrook Island Paradise

We had a wonderful family vacation at Seabrook Island! The marsh view from the villa is gorgeous and the property has everything you need for your stay! Having access to this beautiful island community and its beaches and amenities makes it a great family destination! Debra kept in touch with us during our stay and was always very responsive on answering our questions. Highly recommend this vacation spot and host :)

Beautiful Villa with a beautiful view!

We stayed for three nights..... Location, location, location! On the marsh! Nice to have the view from the entire villa and screened porch, kayaks were great, and the pool was really nice. This a a perfect rental for a couple. Very quiet and beautiful! The host communicated perfectly... (It does seem that there was a pet (?) odor?) We would stay here again!

2nd stay at this lovely villa!

This was my husband and I’s second stay in this villa! Absolutely perfect! Cannot think of one thing to add or change. Perfect location, very quiet relaxing stay! Highly recommend!

Peaceful Getaway

The condo unit is peaceful and has delicate and tasteful furnishings. It is best suited for one or two adults, but not children. It was clean and even though a middle unit, it still had adequate natural light. I enjoyed my stay there.

Wonderful

The unit, location and manager are all wonderful. This is our third year in a row of staying in this complex. Quiet enclave, friendly neighbors and easy access to Seabrook, Kiawah and Freshfield. Be sure to check out the beach and take a stroll to Captain’s Sam Inlet to catch the dolphins.

Great place to celebrate anniversary

Owner was very responsive and had an awesome place to stay. Was well decorated and very peaceful. We loved the screened in deck. We saw lots of cranes in the marsh. Can't wait to go back.

Top Notch all the way!

This place was about perfect, and I always try to include some negatives in my reviews because few places are perfect....but this may have been the one. Immaculate, nicely updated, beautiful views of the marshes, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. And not a single bug - dead or alive - was seen the entire stay, which is saying something for coastal South Carolina.

Seabrook Island

It was amazing. I love Charlston. Its 30-40 mins away. I wanted to be on the water. We were 10 mins from a private beautiful beach. Everything about the island was special. I proposed to my future wife on the trip at the beach. I couldnt have asked for a better stay. I wish i was still there. The place was clean spacious and beautiful. I cant wait to go back.

Could not have been better

Really this place could not be better! We would not change a thing. The kitchen was great, didn’t cook much but when we did we had everything we needed. The living room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bedroom was probably my favorite and was just perfect. King size bed, linens and fan were perfect. The bathroom was remodeled and super nice. The screened in porch was great although we didn’t use it too much. I think about 7 steps up too the door and very easy to get in the first day. I don’t think we could have been closer to the community pool which we went to a handful of times and had to ourselves. Very nice being just outside the gate of Seabrook and not having to wait for the guards to let us in and out. My husband and I had a perfect spot to relax and enjoy our vacation. Could not have asked for a better place to stay! Going to reserve it again for next year! Just perfect!
