The house was big enough for us (party of 9). The bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well-equipped. Great location (just a few minutes from Clubhouse and beach) We would definitely go back!

Lovely, spacious home with everything we needed for a perfect week in Seabrook with our family. Beautiful decor and a great location for access to amenities, Bohicket Marina, quick access to Freshfields and getting on the way to Charleston with the beach less than a five minute drive away!

We had a wonderful family reunion in this spacious house and enjoyed every moment there. We did not want to leave! The house is very clean and super comfortable. It is nicely decorated. Kitchen has all sorts of applicants. Reading in the beautiful sunroom is very relaxing. Beach and pool are about10 minutes’ walk away. We saw dolphins there. The neighborhood is very quiet so we all slept well.. Reasonable drive distance to downtown Charleston and Magnolia Planation & Gardens. The village center outside the gated community has a big grocery store Village Market, very well stocked, a few nice restaurants are nearby. St. John’s Dolphin tour starts nearby, also a short drive distance to see the famous Angel Tree. We like riding bike there, it was safe and fun. The Coastal Gateaways rental company provides great service. We highly recommend this lovely house.

We brought our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 kids ages 15, 13, and 7) along with visiting teenage friends of our oldest two and my in laws. Plenty of room for everyone comfortably. Very well equipped kitchen, deck, and even bikes and beach stuff in the garage. Highly recommend.

We hadn't been to Seabrook in over 5 years and we had a remarkable week in this spacious and well appointed home, which is conveniently located within walking distance to the river beach and a short drive away from the club and North Beach. The seven of us (aged 14-86!) had plenty of space to spread out and the kitchen was so well supplied, it made cooking and dining-in a breeze. We had a little trouble figuring out how to regulate the AC but when we called property management, they put us in touch with the owners and it was easily resolved. We would not hesitate to stay here again. We didn't want to leave!

My family and I loved staying in this house on Seabrook Island. With seven adults we had plenty of space for sleeping, cooking in the kitchen, and playing cards out on the porch. The beach was a easy 8 minute walk with excellent amenities including towels and chairs.

We had a mini family reunion there (6 adults, 4 kids) and it was fantastic. Plenty of room inside for activities and hanging out. Super close to the golf courses and beach area. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the open concept so we could all be together even when I was preparing meals in the kitchen. Yet enough room so that everyone had their own personal space. Very well equipped house and wonderful service from the Property Management. Hope to be back!!!

Great property with high end appliances and finishes. Very spacious with high ceilings and great for entertaining. Large deck with gas grill, however I couldn’t get the gas flowing after opening the valves.

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. It’s more than large enough for the six adults and two children, is walking distance to the pool and camp, and just a short drive to the tennis and equestrian centers. The home is well-stocked with supplies including ice and some pool toys and bikes. The sunroom is perfect for a rainy day game of Uno. Nancy and her staff are very accommodating and quick to solve any minor issues. We’ll be back.

Very nice property. Easy access to beach and golf course. Really enjoyed that beach access included pool and towels, umbrellas and chairs at no additional charge. The only issue was eating locations. Beach club was very expensive for even a sandwich. At dinner the closest locations were an hour wait and then almost an hour getting the food need something close that is guick and reasonable. Also the grill on the property needs the lighter fixed. You could grill but had to manually light.

This is a wonderful house to stay in with a large family. We had a multi-generational family vacation at this house and it was wonderful. There is plenty of room to relax and the kitchen is fully stocked and very easy to cook in for a large group. The house is within a short walk to the pool, golf course and beach. It was a wonderful week and we hope to return and enjoy this great get-away again!!! The rental company was very obliging with any questions or problems. I highly recommend it for a beach vacation house! It is lovely! KH

I've been racking my brain, searching for a flaw in this home. I can't find one. Even our minor internet issues (we shouldn't be working on vacation anyway) were not the home's fault. The location is great: a ten-minute walk to the pool and beach and just off Seabrook Island Road. The home is well-maintained and exceptionally clean. The home sleeps twelve so there was plenty of room for us (5 adults, 2 young children). The open concept allowed us to be together, but there are areas of the home for when alone time was needed. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped with modern appliances, a great ice-maker, condiments and spices (we prefer to eat out every night), paper products, and plenty of wine glasses. The furniture and beds are very comfortable. The wall color (sea mist) is relaxing, and the crown moldings and pillars lend an elegance to the home. The garage houses three nice bicycles and some beach chairs. For dinner we highly recommend The Wild Olive and the Ryder Cup at the Ocean Course in Kiawah. Fuji, Cantina 76, and Crave are also good. The Pelican's Nest at least has a good view. Enjoy the ice cream and wine tastings in Freshfields. Take a tennis lesson from Mike at the racquet club. The horses at the equestrian center are challenging and exciting.

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful house for 4 weeks in February. Coming from a cold rainy London to the gorgeous temperate climate of Seabrook island was heaven. The house is completely wonderful , supremely comfortable with the highest quality fitments and every needed convenience. Watching the cardinals and mousebirds in the trees on the deck, walking to the beautiful beach nearby and seeing the dolphins, or visiting Charleston, the whole experience was perfect. The house TV even showed my soccer team games ! The facilities offered by the amenity card were very useful and all the staff at the lake house lovely. I recommend the house and the whole Coastal escapes organisation wholeheartedly.
