The place was nice. Pictures make the place look more open concept than it really is. The key pad on the door needs a little more explaining and the instructions need to be updated. Also tge check out instructions in the book are totally different from the ones in the email.

Seabrook quick trip

Great trip! Took our dog with us to the beach for the first time and she loved it. House is in a great spot. Only suggestion would be blackout curtains for the master bedroom, but not a huge deal.

We think the add was somewhat misleading in that the ad opener “suggested” three bedrooms. Maybe thats been changed by the time this is posted. Otherwise, this is a great place to stay. It’s a corner unit that is super convenient to beach walk #9.

Review of 736 spinnaker

We enjoyed our stay. Good location. House was very clean. Kitchen well stocked. I was expecting three full bedrooms. The one small sitting room with a sleeper sofa I would not consider a bedroom. Access to the shared bathroom is through the adjacent bedroom or going through the kitchen. The remodeled den is very attractive and there is plenty of seating room. The upstairs master bedroom was very nice as was the mattress. The outside deck needs cleaning as green algae/ mildew is on the rails where also there is some rotten wood due to water damage. Nevertheless, we would choose to stay again. Thank you for allowing us to share your home.

Great stay, the house was very comfortable for 4 adults. The door was very hard to open and lock, the storm door was broken and not the kitchen was not well equipped. The location was an A +, the living room and dining room very nice and accommodating! Overall a very nice stay on Seabrook.

Holiday visit to Spinnaker Beachhouse

When we first arrived the weather took a turn for the worse and temps went down to the low 20's. Unfortunately, the pipes froze for one morning and the furnace shut down another day/night. Through all these unforeseen issues, the property manager did a great job of addressing the problems, keeping us in the loop and a maintenance person fixed both the frozen pipes and down furnace. We loved the location and the weather warmed for us to enjoy the beach and play golf. Our family had a great time and we enjoyed the stay.

Location, location, location

This house is right across the street from #9 boardwalk so you can access the beach in minutes. House itself was spacious and nicely decorated. House has great separation of bedrooms for maximum privacy. Kitchen was well stocked with great appliances, serving accessories, and two coffee pots. Nice deck on main level with a grill. Master bedroom was spacious with two decks. We took our dog and she had a great time playing on the beach. Everyone on the island is very friendly. Booking the house and checkout were extremely easy. We took advantage of the free bike rental and that was a great experience. Wonderful way to see the island. We would definitely book again.

Great Stay

Nice property and great location. We loved our stay here. We did have one small little issue with a roach but it was resolved by property managment within a day. Master bedroom was super nice as well. everything was Light and bright. Property management goes above and beyond to make sure everything is pristine for the guests. Love the island . We would stay here again.

Great location

Very nice condo located very close to beach access and to the pool. Has everything you need. Lots of beach chairs and toys for the kids was a nice plus. Overall would stay here again and recommend to others.
