Just a few problems: Not one single wine or champagne glass. Both toilets prone to running (wastes water) Check in at 4 pm and out by 10 seems unreasonable given the high prices Biggest problem was the WiFi. I had several zoom meetings I had to attend and the WiFi was only in the common kitchen area. In the master bedroom with working desk there was zero WiFi. It really doesn’t cost much to assure the WiFi covers the whole house. I was unable to fulfill my commitment

Beautiful, clean home close to meadow trails. Lots of outdoor space, some protected from the rain. Love the light throughout the home.

This house is as pictured in the listing so you can be assured that what you see is exactly what you get. It was very clean and ready for us to use. The views were amazing and access to the coastal walking trail and Del Mar center a huge plus! My only suggestion would be to provide basic spices...like salt and pepper, Italian seasoning, etc...so that visitors can use them. Be prepared to have a wonderful time in Sea Ranch when you stay at this home.

Great house! We loved the house, quiet location, view, and hot tub! Great place for dogs too. Comfortable yet clean. Easy walk to the path that goes along the cliffs for miles. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent in all respects except oneewing of home, including master bedroom, central heating is not functioning and wasn’t repairable during our stay. Space heater provided helped mitigate.

Pots and pans could be replaced. Gas fireplace was out of order. Could not open drawer under oven which I assumed had baking pans. Everything else was good.

This house was amazing. Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean was just lovely. Lots of open space and sunlight. The beds were VERY firm and in the master if you like sleeping in bring a sleep mask. Super close to the trails and a great ocean view. Definitely will be booking this one again.

The house was clean and the kitchen was well supplied. The home is beautiful with huge windows letting in tons of natural light. The hot-tub worked well and was well maintained. All-in-all, it was an excellent rental.

Two "pod" families during the pandemic took a long weekend to get out of the "Groundhog day" cycle and it was exactly what we needed. The house was awesome. The hot tub was amazing and the hit of the weekend for the adults and the kids. Gas fireplaces were key when the weather turned dreary on day 2. Note: We still went for a bike ride around the neighborhood in the mist and it was so peaceful. The main bedroom is in a room with huge windows and gets light very quickly in the morning, but it's nice to wake up and open the blinds to see wildlife and the ocean (which is a few football fields away). The second bedroom is off the kitchen and can be kind of loud in the morning when kids wake up early. The kids bunk room is very small. We had little ones, but I imagine it would be tight for larger children. Note: the kids did nothing but sleep in there so it didn't matter to us. The kitchen had most cooking necessities, but we were glad we'd prepped our meal plans and brought everything we needed with us in terms of spices, ingredients, etc. Overall, the house was amazing for our first adventure to Sea Ranch and we will definitely come back!

2nd time at this property. Not as clean as a few years ago and kitchen basics needed a deep clean or update. We did visit at during busy season this time, but owners should know the cleaning service is missing details. Hot tub awesome as expected and beds very comfortable.

We thoroughly enjoyed sheltering in place here for a few days at the beginning of the COVID-19 crisis. The location relative to the trails, beach, Gualala and the rec centers was amazing. Unfortunately the rec centers were locked up. It would have been nice if the property manager had given us a heads up on that in advance given proximity was the #1 reason we chose the house.. The layout of the house is great and the master bedroom allowed us to watch the stars every night. My kids described the hot tub as the cleanest they have ever seen. Only complaint would be they really need a new can opener and the pot and pan collection is pretty bad.

Sea ranch is a unique place and this property was great for two families with small kids. Close enough to Gualala but secluded enough to enjoy the coast.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for a Sea Ranch get away. As for the house itself, loved all the windows that provide a nice view of the ocean from all parts of the home. The house is nicely laid out and very tastefully arranged. Loved the deck area for hottubbing, relaxing and “happy hour”. Only critique would be that supplies were sparse (no dishwasher soap, no extra paper towels, no napkins, no bags, no foil/plastic wrap). We would definitely stay here again!

This was an exceptional stay. This house had everything we needed from a Friday check in to Monday check out. The trails go right from the home. The walks by the beach and seeing all the wild life was a wonderful memory for all of us. It was close to Mendocino and Fort Bragg which are fun cities to sight see. But you really don't need to leave this home. Being there was perfect. Only thing was we didn't use the pool and tennis access but hopefully we will return to enjoy those activities next time. Our over all stay was exceptional. One thing I need to mention. I noticed many pee stains throughout the house. Even though they were there, we did not smell anything. Which told us they probably steam clean the carpets every time someone brings in there pets. Having said that, the house smelt clean and fresh. We are a high allergy family with fur animals but we did not have any reaction to this house. The linens were nice and tidy. Everything was as it should be and all pictures shown on VRBO are totally accurate. I would recommend any family with pets to enjoy this lovely home and all the little wonderful things it has to offer. Truly, Christy

This house is beautiful! Wonderful location and views, plus the path to the bluff is near it. Waking up to the view of the ocean in the morning was the absolute best. Watching the deer graze in the late afternoon/early evening was a treat. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. We had beautiful weather which was a bonus for January. Having a place that allows dogs was great, they loved all the windows! We will definitely rent here again, possibly make it an annual trip. So hard to leave...

This home is just as beautiful as the pictures you see. The living space is comfortable and with the window seat could accommodate all of us. It s great having the hot tub where we could still see each other and have benches and chairs to hang out while others soaked. The master bedroom has an amazing view and is laid out perfectly. I could see myself living here, it’s that comfortable. Only thing I might change is new mattresses on the bunk beds. The adults who slept on them needed a lot more padding! (2 kids, 2 adults in there). We had terrific weather and loved the bluff walk to Walk on Beach. We would definitely rent this house again!
