Stunning, updated home
We've stayed in Sea Ranch many times. This time was the best! Fully stocked kitchen, amazing hot tub with ocean view, great location for trails, and updated design/furniture. Cozy and beautiful.

Great Sea Ranch location
Sea Ranch is just such a great place! This house is on the newer side. Everyone in our party had a private room. Very close to the ocean and one of the pools. Relaxing walk to the Sea Ranch lodge - they just remodeled it and there is a very nice cafe there.

Romantic weekend getaway
My now fiancé and I had an amazing and very memorable stay here. We loved the house and everything was very clean and nicely furnished. The views from the living room window and deck are astonishing.

Suggestions
The only (small) complaint we have is that we called beforehand, inquired about condiments and spices and were told there was none. In fact, the unit was amply supplied with spices and other pantry items. You should perhaps also inform guests that the unit is equipped with a coffee maker.

Relaxing Week

Fantastic Views
The house was beautiful and well equipped. Enjoyed our stay! Second bathroom on the smaller side. The location is walkable to the lodge and rec center. Only downside is that it's situated right off Highway 1, with infrequent traffic noise. Keep in mind that the walk to the coastal trail is 10 minutes.

Best Sea Ranch Home
This is the best home we’ve rented in the 11 years we’ve been visiting Sea Ranch. Clean and well decorated with a fully stocked kitchen (appliances, utensils, etc.). Very comfortable, great location for hikes to Pebble and other beaches, and the right amount pillows and towels. Vacasa is an excellent property management group!

Enjoyable Stay in Sea Ranch
My family and I enjoyed our stay at Rainbow's End in Sea Ranch. The space was perfect for three adults and one child. It was very clean and well-appointed. The views from the deck and living room were lovely. Would return!

Great Sea Ranch house
We have been staying at Sea Ranch homes for over 25 years and this was one of the best. The kitchen is well-appointed, we loved the location and everything was well cared-for. We will keep this place on our list for future stays.

A lovely spot
Very well maintained and suitable for a family of 5 and dog. If you have little kids, the spiral staircase might be problematic. For a rental that was so well-equipped, it was strange there was no abrasive sponge for pots, no tupperware for food storage, and -- a real issue! - no map of Sea Ranch. It took us 2 days to figure out how to get a map of Sea Ranch (you have to buy it at the Sea Ranch Association office, they are closed Mondays) and the whole point of Sea Ranch is to walk and bike! I think either a map should be provided or obvious instructions should be provided about where to obtain the map. Finally, if you go, there are a lot of extra towels on top of the washing machine. It took us days to find extra towels which was odd for such a well-supplied house. This house is near CA-1 and fairly far from beach, but a nice walk to the beach, so not a problem. The houses nearer the beach are doubtless more pricey.

Quiet and clean
This is a lovely house, situated close the Hwy 1 but still just a short walk to the extensive Sea Ranch trail network. I took many long walks and enjoyed sitting on the comfy sofa with a book, looking out toward the ocean. The kitchen was less stocked than some (a single 1/3 cup dry measuring cup and no others?) but I still did a little baking during my stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

Beautiful home!
Hello, We had a wonderful time staying at Rainbows End! The house is newly remodeled, everything was clean and new. The hot tub was a nice touch. We watched the sunset on the ocean from the houses hot tub at night. We made all our meals in this house and found their kitchen well appointed. Plenty of firewood to make fires every night. We went on lots of hikes, runs and bike rides. We loved visiting ‘Shell Beach’ and ‘Walk on Beach’ where we found tide pools for our young kids to explore in. All around a very peaceful vacation!

Perfect weekend getaway for everyone
We had a really wonderful experience, this place is a gem. When we arrived there was an issue with getting in because the key flew out of the lock box and into a crack in the deck (not retrievable.) HOWEVER- I called and it was fixed within less than 10 minutes- very impressed and thank you. We arrived with a dog, 2 year old and 5 adults who wanted to hike and have bubbly in the hot tub. Amazingly this place accommodated all of us! Also when we showed up the hot tub was on and hot! - thank you! (We have had many experiences where you have to turn it on and it takes a day to heat and by the time it’s hot you have to leave.) So again thank you! The house was wonderful and clean and all the details taken care of.

Expected More from Rainbows End
Online renting was the easy part w/ immediate confirmation. Loved the wildlife and the trails. All the additional fees were irritating... hot tub, pet fee, housekeeping, owners fee, admin fee, service fees. Kitchen hot water took forever to work. Ice maker wasn’t working, porch chairs were plastic and dirty. Hot tub was not private...on the front porch. PG&E came knocking one day. The partial ocean view was ok...sunrise and sunset were not visible. Did not attempt the Spiral staircase. No direct beach access...Crazy. Beds and furniture were very uncomfortable w/ only shades as window covers. Next time we’ ll Stay close to Bodega Bay. Disappointed!

While VRBO does charge a separate service fee, we charge a booking fee and pet or hot tub fees are relative. We do apologize if the home was not as expected, and we have scheduled a maintenance visit to inspect the home for any repairs or improvements needed. Absolutely awful this house has cockroaches in their kitchen it’s absolutely gross
Please do not stay in this house it’s gross I went thru vacasa rentals and have requested a full refund on this house . I am waiting for this to happen or the battle begins they said they would give me one night free it isn’t going to work for me . Stay tuned please don’t stay there and pass the word

We were 1st told we would have a lock box for the keys (•Please return keys to the lockbox upon departure (a $25 fee may apply for lost keys).and later sent a email that we had to drive to the office to pick them up and return them after a 6 1/2 hour drive that extra 30 min was a lot to me. It is only about 9 miles but 14 min each way. That was the 1st thing that went bad. The stove was very greasy and we didn't notice it when we turned it on and it smoked up the house. Kitchen table was sticky. They charge a large amount for cleaning so I expected it to be much cleaner overall. The heater in the living room did Not turn down so we had to open the windows a lot. the master bedroom's bath heater did not work. I should of asked I know but was shocked to see it was only a charcoal bar b q and you need to bring your own charcoal so we had to go back to town again. Only 2 towels for the kitchen and one towel each per guest so if you rent this place bring your towel for the hot tub.
