Gorgeous home, connected to the main walking path along the coastline. The property had everything you could possibly need; kitchen was equipped with necessities, hot tub was fantastic (positioned outside perfect for watching the stars) and large enough to fit our entire group. We sat outside on the patio every evening with wine and watched numerous whales come by - none breached the surface but we saw countless whale spouts and fins. Comfortable beds and more than enough space to fit all three of the couples that came for the weekend. Would highly recommend this property!

My family stayed for Christmas, and everything was absolutely perfect. We had five adults. The house was extremely clean. It's very modern, with heated bathroom floors and digital heat/ cooling. The fireplace is fun but not the only source of heat, so no worries if you don't use it. The house is best for 3 couples or 3 usable beds. I had to sleep on the daybed, which was essentially a cardboard crib. It could use a new mattress. Aside from that, everything was lovely. We did have some initial frustration with booking. As we were charged "fees" from both Vrbo and Vacasa. We booked through Vrbo but were immediately moved to the Vacasa app. Which was confusing and annoying to pay fees on both. So be mindful of that when booking. You are also booking through a company, not an actual homeowner/ person. They were very responsive. Just something to be aware of.

This was our first time in Sea Ranch and it did not dissapoint. The house was perfect for our group of friends -- spacious common areas, stunning views, well equipped kitchen. And the perks of using the rec centers was wonderful. Will definitely be coming back.

The house was a perfect size for our family. We loved the location and the jacuzzi was a plus. We however found the kitchen very difficult for more than one person to work in at a time. We were extremely disappointed in the fact that 5 out of 10 shades in the front windows with beautiful views were closed and broken!!! I would not stay here again unless the shades were working properly. The main reason we came to Sea Ranch was to see the ocean! Also the bbq was mostly not usable.

In general the property was as advertised. Great view and comfortable surroundings. A few minor problems: there is a leak in the skylight over the kitchen table and since it rained for two days this was a problem; a few light bulbs need replacing (over the sink, kitchen table and night stand in downstairs bedroom; knives are dull need sharpening; wood for the fireplace is cut way too large, needs to be smaller; otherwise the place was great and perfectly fit our family’s needs.

This home was perfect for our group with ample space for 6 adults and 2 babies. The ocean views cannot be beat and access to bluff trails are steps away. We also enjoyed access to the recreation center which was a lot nicer than expected! My only complaint with this property is that the supplies like bath towels, kitchen towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies were very limited so we had to do multiple loads of laundry to have clean supplies. Overall, would definitely stay again!

We had the best time getting away for our anniversary! The views from anywhere in the house are magical and the house was clean and well kept. We do wish it allowed dogs so we could visit more but we’ll definitely be back! E and J

The house was divided up nicely. We enjoyed time together, beach play, the hot tub and nature walks. The kitchen was a little dated. But we were able to make it work! There were definitely not enough towels for our group...only one per person. So bring extra towels for the hot tub if you plan on using it. We had fun. Thank you!

The home was lovely and perfect for our two families. It had most everything we needed and was clean and very comfortable. We should have brought bikes or scooters for the kids as there is a smooth, quiet road they could have biked/scootered on. The bbq does need to be updated as it was difficult to bbq the dinners we had brought with us and ended up switching to the oven. Overall, the house was great and the views were spectacular! We even got to see whales. We will definitely stay again!

We loved this house. It was comfortable, clean, wonderful with small children and adults alike! the views were spectacular, the master bedroom spacious with beautiful ocean views. Kitchen was stocked and easy to use. My son LOVED the chess set:)

Our group of 9 had a great time at this beautiful home. We were amazed to be able to watch whales and dolphins swimming past from the living room. The place is spacious, stylish and comfortable - and a very short walk from the bluff trail. Be aware that the loft sleeping area doesn't have doors for privacy - but is above the living room and basically out of view. We would stay again!

Loved the location. Loved the views. Big spacious rooms to accommodate the 2 families. Had some issues with the front door that was resolved over the phone. Cons: Kitchen could have been better stocked. We stayed for 2 nights and couldn't find any spare towels anywhere in the house for the second day.

I was looking for a quiet place to relax for a few days, and I got exactly what I was looking for. The loudest thing I heard all weekend was the sound of sheep calling to each other from a hill behind the house. The ocean views from the front of the house were perfection. I will most definitely be back!

Nicely furnished and well appointed. Fully stocked with wine glasses! Two couples sharing the house for a birthday celebration - lots of privacy. Needs one more patio chair on the deck, as others have said the oven is small. But we brought our Instant Pot and used the bar-be-que. Perfect!
