"The apartment looks just like the photos. It’s totally updated and clean. The host leaves water, coffee and a few snacks which do very sweet. Paul the host responds quickly to any questions you have. I agree with previous reviews it would be nice if all the windows had shades since it’s a busy area. It was no frills - there are two bedrooms with large beds and TVs, a bathroom, and kitchenette with a pod coffeemaker. We didn't spend a lot of time there, which worked for us. It's quiet, backcountry Greenwich, on a pond. We saw a fox and a baby deer and fell asleep to the bullfrogs. "

"We booked the property because our family is growing too large for all of the children and grandchildren to spend the holidays together. The “holiday house” as our 4 year old coined it was the perfect place to spend Christmas and Hanukkah. Large yet cozy and very well appointed. All of our communication with proprietors was prompt and helpful, and they had the driveway salted and plowed within hours of the (very picturesque) snowfall the day before Christmas. I would happily book here again. "
