"The room opens directly onto the carpark, which was great as it made it easy to unload/load the car, also we could keep the door open so cool down the room (it was hot when we stayed). The staff were friendly and helpfully. Each nigh we were asked to prebook our breakfast, stating what time we wanted it, the following morning the breakfast was waiting for us perfectly cooked."

"Rooms are very tired, dated and not standardised, carpets very dirty in rooms. Television reception was so poor that made viewing anything not possible. Wifi worked, not all televisions were smart in that couldn't view streaming services. Some rooms still have single glazing, meaning cold and very noisy.
