  • Beautiful, spacious, first class, quiet, newly renovated vacation apartment in Schwangau, directly in the neighborhood of the famous Neuschwanstein castles. This is for sure one of the most beautiful spots in Bavaria. World known fantastic location - can´t be better. 300 m to Lake Forggensee. The elevator brings you directly from the garage to the apartment that sleeps 5 persons. 5 rooms, of which 3 Bedroom(s), Open-plan kitchen, living room, dining room, 1 bathroom, 1 shower room, 3 balconies. Surface area: 160 m²/ 1721 sqft. Year of construction: 1990. Amenities: Bedding: 1 Double bed, 3 Single beds.

    As a special opportunity our guest can use the beautiful Ludwig-Spa (indoor and outdoor pool, saunas, steam bath etc.) in the Hotel directly in the neighborhood - just 2 min walk. For use of the Spa a daily fee of 10 € per person will be added to the rent (please note that the entrance to the Spa cannot be granted on a daily basis but just for the whole stay and must be reserved together with the booking, minimum age for Spa use is 14 years, due to the Corona situation currently the Spa is not open). Of course renting the apartment without Spa use is also possible. In Schwangau a very beautiful and popular public Spa is also nearby.

    Schwangau is also the ideal location to visit Munich (1 - 1.5 hour drive).

Wunderbare Wohnung in toller Umgebung

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Sehr geräumige Wohnung, vielleicht etwas unglückliche Aufteilung der Räume für unsere Zwecke. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß. Das dritte Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Super sind 3 Balkone.

Sehr große Fewo in wunderschöner Lage. Es gibt sogar eine umfangreiche Bibliothek; wer seine Urlaubslektüre zuhause vergessen hat, wird hier auf jeden Fall fündig.

Es war alles so wie besprochen. Es gab keine Komplikationen..

Wir danken Herrn Vormann. Unsere Ferienwohnung war traditionel, groß, sauber und hatte den besten Blick den wir uns wünschen konnten. Die Lage war und ist hervorragend. Lediglich das " dritte" Schlafzimmer war eher wie eine Kammer und erforderte Kompromisbereitschaft , aber letztlich ging es. Alles in Allem war es ein schöner und erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder in dieser Ferienwohnung! Mit besten Grüßen an Herrn Vormann! Familie Dokarzek

Ruhige schöne Lage.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub gehabt. Wir waren mit unseren 3 großen Kindern. Jeder konnte sich schön in der großen Wohnung zurückziehen, auch auf dem Balkon. Es war eine schöne Familienzeit. Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Gegend ist wunderschön.

Abschalten im Allgäu

Waren für 14 Tage in der Fewo. Sehr gut ausgestattet, wirklich alles vorhanden. Wohnung ist sehr großzügig angelegt. Wir waren zu 4 dort ( 2 Ehepaare ). Durch das gr. Wohnzimmer und die Balkons genug Platz für jeden. Die Küche ist eine sehr schöne Wohnküche. Können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Herrliche Region, schöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort

Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen für Ausflüge im Allgäu und Tirol. Die Schlösser Neuschwanstein und Hohenschwangau in Sichtweite. Die Ausstattung ist prima, es hat an nichts gefehlt. nur eingeschränkt rollstuhlgerecht

Nur eingeschränkt rollstuhlgerecht: Stufe am Hauseingang, für die ich eine mobile 60 cm lange Klapp-Rollstuhlrampe von Amazon für 60 Euro zur Anschaffung dringend empfehle. Stufenloser Zugang über Garage nur über sehr steile Rampe, an deren Ende direkt eine verschlossene Stahltür ist; deshalb nur mit Hilfe Dritter möglich. Waschbecken im großen Badezimmer nicht unterfahrbar und Dusche ist nicht ebenerdig oder befahrbar. Doppelbett nicht mit Lifter unterfahrbar. Balkone nur über Schwelle erreichbar. Das leider alles leider trotz ausdrücklicher Bestätigung "Rollstuhlgerecht" durch Vermieter nach vorheriger Anfrage.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthalts leider eine Starkregenphase. Umso wichtiger ist es eine schöne und ansprechende Unterkunft zu haben. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man zum Wohlfühlen benötigt.

schöne, sehr großzügige Wohnung

Die Beschreibung der Wohnung trifft vollends zu. Vor Allem den großen Küchenbereich und -balkon haben wir dank herrlicher Aussicht auf Wiesen und hinter/zwischen Bäumen den Forggensee sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit Literatur, Wäsche und Geschirr ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Eine Empfehlung: die kostenpflichtige Nutzung des benachbarten Spa- und Wellness-Bereichs im Hotel "König Ludwig" incl. der gutausgestatteten Bar am Schwanenteich lohnt sich wirklich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden gerne wiederkommen.

Un appartement très agréable rien ne manque, très bien situé au calme (dernier étage), fonctionnel, propre, et aussi le parking souterrain et un local à vélo sont des plus bien pratique . Les activités sont multiples, la location de vélo est presque indispensable pour profiter de la région.!(les locations vélos en face la pharmacie conseillé). Les thermes sont un plus très appréciable, et aussi les avantages de la carte SCWANGAU mise à disposition par le propriétaire.5R2DUCTION MUS2E VISITES BUS GRATUITS ETC).Le village de Schwangau est charmant et pour les courses il y a des supermarchés.

Fantastic stay in Bayern

We are a family of 6, and had a fantastic stay in M. Vormann appartment. It is located in a very nice little town (Schwangau) which is 5' from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. The appartment is very clean, all very convenient and spacious. We have access to the King Ludwig Hotel (indoor and outdoor pool, sauna, spa, restaurant and lounge bar). It is fantastic to be able to swim at dusk, and admire a wonderful sunset. From Schangau, you can easily go to a variety of castles, many cycling and walking routes. I recommend this appartment very strongly!

Excellent apartment with beautiful views

Our family of three spent a wonderful week in this well equipped spotlessly clean top floor apartment in one of the most beautiful areas of Bavaria. The interior photos of the apartment do not fully justify the apartment because it was much bigger and spacious than anticipated. We did not prepare any food but for someone who wants to cook the kitchen is very well equipped. A balcony leads from the kitchen with a nice view of mountains in the far distance. The balcony from the living room has a wonderful view over a green meadow with Fussen town and the mountains in the distance. It is peaceful sitting there and sipping a glass of wine and watch the sunset over the mountains. The bedrooms and the two bathrooms were spacious. The spa facility (indoor and outdoor pools both heated and the various saunas) at the hotel which is included with the accommodation is of a very high standard. It is open until 10 in the evening. There are nice walking/bicycle paths from the apartment along the Forggensee all the way to Fussen. The two famous castles of King Ludwig the 2nd are very near. The hotel reception gave us the names of a few restaurants in the area and we enjoyed especially the restaurant Gasthof Hirsch in the village of Hopferau and Fischerhutte in Hopfer am See. There are so many little towns in the surrounding area to visit that our week was way too short. Thank you Jurgen for the privilege to have stayed in your apartment I can recommend it to anyone. wunderbar ! Superbe ! We loved it !

Vacances en famille (5 personnes) en Aout 2014. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire. Appartement très spacieux, confortable et agréable, très bien équipé. On est seuls au dernier étage dans le plus grand appartement du "chalet". Superbe vue. Emplacement rêvé, à 5mn en voiture de Neuschwanstein et Hohenschwangau (40 mn à pieds). Possibilité de faire du vélo sur toute la zone autour du lac, plein de voies cyclables. Un vrai plaisir. Penser à réserver vos vélos (gratuits!) dès votre arrivée auprès de la réception de l'hotel (voire avant?). Calme et relaxation garantis. Vue superbe sur la vallée et les montagnes. Espace piscine et sauna de l'hotel magiques ! Les enfants ont adoré !!! (les adultes aussi!!) Piscine intérieure avec coin à bulles, et coin à courant. Piscine extérieure chauffée avec magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Espace sauna réservé aux + de 14 ans (car "textilfrei"), mais pour compenser les enfants ont un sauna dans la zone piscine. Juste à coté (env 300 m) du lac (Forggensee) où possibilité de faire un tour en bateau ou balade à pieds le long du lac. Füssen à 3 km, accessible à pieds par des voies tranquilles. Bref, des vacances de rêve que tout le monde à adoré. Adresse chaudement recommandée. As a summary for non-french-speaking friends : adress warmly recommended, for view, comfort, location (wrt castles) and hotel facilities available (pool and sauna). We loved our stay there !!! Very relaxing holidays. Thanks Mr Vormann.
