Host was available through whatsapp, was responsive. You do need to be in good shape for this placexas it is on the top of Gringo Hill. A golf cartbis ideal, and Ocean Carts were execptional to deal with. The place was very limited on cutlry and toilet tissue, we ended up buying more TP. Was clean, very quiet and private.

Communication was amazing. The villa did not look like any of the photos which was misleading. The tile design did not exist in ours which left the place feeling kind of stale. I believe the photos only Show what the top villa looks like (#3). Be prepared to walk up a hill about 7 minutes from town to get to your villa

Beautiful quiet stay up the hill

Best of both worlds—a peaceful getaway with a pool, AC, and lots of nice private outdoor space that provides balance to the bustle of the square and beach! Highly recommend for those who don’t mind a little 5 min uphill walk to/from the beach or plan on renting a golf cart.

Above and just beyond...

A lovely spot above the hubbub of Sayulita. Everything, including the beach and lovely dining, is but a short walk away...but just far enough to escape into the peaceful quiet of the jungle.

Location is so close to town, short walk to all the activity yet far enough for peaceful days and nights. 5 star on all levels. Didn’t want to leave. Comfortable, private, host was incredible. Thank you!

Great Small Complex on the Hill

This property is in a great location, especially if you want to be out of the noise of downtown. It is a short, but steep, walk into town and only a couple of minutes more to the beach. Our room was clean and basic but had everything you need. The manager and other staff were very friendly and responsive.

Great location!

Only 3 units to this compound so very nice and private with refreshing pool available to cool off. The walk to town is fairly short but rather steep and cobbled. For us we took advantage of local taxi/mini bus for the return as afternoons got pretty warm and sometimes we had provisions in the backpack that were heavy. We enjoyed the markets, and great selection of places for eating and drinking. Very pleased with our choice!

Fantastic property and great location

The check-in process was easy, Jonathan was responsive and the accommodations were great. The property is very well kept and secure and the cleaners/maintenance staff are there regularly to keep the property clean. We stayed in the middle unit and loved the patio. The property is an easy walk to town, but far enough away to not be bothered by the noise at night. My wife and I are in our late 30's and value peace and quiet and clean accommodations and this property did not disappoint - we plan to book again soon.

Beautiful and convenient

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Isabella. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the property was very well maintained and just an 8 minute walk to the center of town. We would definitely recommend this property and would certainly stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay, well run rental!

We loved our stay at Villa Isabella. It’s a short and steep walk right into town, and the property itself is quiet and quaint. The place was well equipped, and Jonathan was very helpful with anything we needed to arrange. The place was also cleaned on our 3rd day with fresh linens and towels. Very well done

Beautifully situated up Gringo Hill

Love walking up Gringo Hill daily! Truly botanical gardens and bird watching is excellent! Very clean . Comfy bed. I wish I could stay another 10 days !
