"Ugly neighborhood but once in, a fantastic place. It was small but ok! The location is close to all. The pool area is dantastic and expised to full sun. I am hoping that something bigger is also available to rent. Perjaps a one or even two bedroom. It was right next to our all time favorite place to order chicken. I have know the owner for years. Please let us know if bigger units are available. Thank you so very much. RODRIGO ORTIZ"

"Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay. The property was as advertised - clean, secure, comfortable, well-stocked and excellent communication with property management. The roof top 'heated' pool was amazing. We walked to beach/town multiple times a day and found location very good. Close enough for convenience but far enough from the main square noise of music/bars/etc in the evenings. It's located on the main road in Sayulita so a bit busy with traffic but with the sliding doors closed at...

"I’ve stayed here in 2021, I love Sayulita and this is one of my favorite places to stay. Now they have room service from Sur38 which you get credit for staying there and a discount! Juan and Aaron were super attentive to all my needs. Highly recommend this place. The infinity pool has a beautiful view, and it’s walking distance to EVERYTHING! Did I mention that there is a hammock in every room?!"

"We were very disappointed in the kitchen and tools provided. Also the pool was very cold. The patio furniture was dirty as well as the patio tile. During our stay the only patio table was being painted and that took 3 days at which time we couldn’t use the patio. We stayed for 9 days and were only offered fresh linens and towels on the 7th day. Also no hot water in the kitchen so made it difficult to clean up after coffee and breakfast. I would not recommend this property for an extended stay"

"Very good place in the middle of the action. Good place but need a good cleaning, towels, toilet paper just a few things to be 5 stars, safe hard to open.... Communication with the property is also a little hard... I would rate it a 3.5 stars"

"Located just outside the centre of Sayulita, Casa Bola was spacious and comfortable place to stay, we had an enjoyable time there and Sayulita is such a vibrant town to visit. Thanks to the wonderful staff for making our stay so special."
