The house has beautiful hardwood floors and I could tell it was an older house with beautiful older molding that you don’t see anymore. This gave it a very strong personality for a small house. "A great place to stay! The home was beautiful and rich in culture. On the walls were wonderful pictures and blurbs detailing the significance of the people and local history. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of mugs, dishes and silverware (enough for 12). Across the street is Brandwein's Bagels that taste like they came from NY. We walked one block to Franklin Street where we explored the UNC campus, ate and shopped. We hope to be back soon."
