"Our overall stay here was lovely. The view from the balcony was excellent with loads of activities to watch in the harbour and in the air. It is quiet, clean and comfortable. The issue is the steep hill for getting back from bars, shops and restaurants but you know the property is on a slope before you go. There are passing public minibuses so you just have to wait for one to get back up the hill! John, the host, who lives on site, is very good and helpful. Would recommend. "

"The house is great. Very clean and inviting with a/c in all the rooms. The kitchen area is convenient and we cooked several meals there. There are some fruit trees on his property that he allowed us to use for our dinner creations. The pool sitting area was my preferred spot to sip on a drink and enjoy the warm evening breeze. Marcus is terrific and super helpful. Hope future guests are able to enjoy a convo with Marcus and get to know him a bit. Overall it was a great stay at Bocean Villa. "
