This is a lovely condo in an excellent, walkable location. The only quibble we have: this part of downtown is a grocery desert. We wanted to pick up a few breakfast items--but the only foods we could find for sale nearby were candy, pralines. etc. Not a piece of fresh fruit to be had.

We had an excellent experience staying here. Beautifully appointed condo with the best location downtown! The condo had everything we needed. Beds were super comfy, nice outside balcony to sit out at as well. Easy in and out to all of the downtown highlights. We highly recommend this gem!

The condo was perfect in every way. It looked like a page from "House Beautiful" Kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The bedrooms and bathroomns were comfortable and nicely decorated It was indeed a luxury condo. The balcony was an additional plus. Perfect place to enjoy your morning coiffee. And the locationwas ideal- easy walk to most things we wanted to do..

Beautiful, spacious, and great location

This condo has it all! Beautiful, spacious bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 baths, a cozy living room and a well supplied kitchen. The location is convenient to park your car and walk for your stay. The provided parking space is in a safe and convenient location. The building itself has needed codes to enter. It was a beautiful, safe building and condo for a girl's weekend. I would highly recommend!

We have rented a place downtown for 10-15 years during Savannah Music Festival and this condo is at top of our list! Beautiful space. Well appointed and equipped. Private and quiet. Perfect layout and location. Loved spending time on our balcony. Efficient and convenient communication with management. Parking garage next door was so convenient for our entire group, plus one parking space provided with rental. Just make sure you park in the assigned space. Will definitely be returning!

The description and images online lead us here; but didn’t even scratch the surface of what an exceptional residence this was! Very spacious and comfortable, with every single convenience you would find in your own home. We absolutely loved the walking proximity to quite literally anything and everything we wanted to do.We would 1000% come right back here for our next trip to Savannah!!

Condo Perfection! We were a group of 4 in town for a wedding. This location could not have been better. We literally parked the car in the covered parking garage (another perk!) and walked everywhere we needed to go. We ate several delicious meals at Trailer Park downstairs (ask for Chris!), but the condo’s kitchen was well stocked for cooking also. The unit was spotless and gorgeously decorated. The owners were great communicators and answered our messages promptly. They provided detailed information so there were no surprises. Overall it was a fabulous experience and we would love to stay here again!

Fantastic stay, the apartment was beautiful, it had everything we needed and was so comfortable. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone travelling to Savannah. Communication was spot on as well.

Perfect location and beautiful home!

We loved this home! We will be back!! Beautifully decorated, very clean, had everything we needed! I was worried about noise on Bay Street but didn’t hear a thing, the beds were so comfortable and curtains kept room dark and sleeping in a bit! Thank you!!

Great location

This condo is a great location for almost everything. Across the street from the riverwalk and walkable to a lot of restaurants. We took a private horse and carriage ride ( Savannahcarriage.com) which took us all through historic downtown and was so informative. The condo is decorated beautifully, bed was very comfortable. Kitchen well appointed. It was lovely that Chase provided coffee. WiFi was good. Definitely recommend.

Amazing property in an amazing location in the historic city.

This property is world class. The owners have spared no expense in its decor or amenities. True luxury and comfort. Fantastic location and genuine class. Owners were highly responsive and all details for our stay were expertly communicated. The shower was massive and the bed was heavenly. The kitchen was well appointed with every utensil and appliance you could imagine. Professionally decorated and they even provided board games. The balcony furniture was comfortable with peaceful views. Conveniently located in the heart of the historic area with numerous cafes and restaurants. I wouldn’t hesitate to book this amazing condo again whenever I come back to this cherished historic city. A and 5*

Everything was perfect from the location, to the accommodations! I wouldn't hesitate for a second to stay here again - they've thought of everything. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathrooms had shampoo/body wash/conditioner, even a make up towel. The communication with Chase was efficient and practically immediate. Stay here and enjoy Savannah right from the front door!

The location was perfect and the amenities were perfect. The condo was exactly as pictured, and everything we needed was provided. They were even flexible with our check out time so our Granddaughter could take a nap before a long day of traveling. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay!!
