Beautiful historic home. In a quiet and lovely neighborhood yet still walking distance to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family or group getaway. Would stay here again!

Fabulous family reunion

Lovely restored Savannah row house with sufficient beds/baths for reunion. Located close to Forsyth Park, coffee shops, co-op grocery & restaurants. Exceptionally comfortable beds, updated kitchen & baths. Property Management responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here for the weekend leading up to my wedding day and we were all blown away by the beauty of this home! The decorations made us feel like we’re transported back in time. It had the perfect amount of space for large groups and was spotless upon arrival. I used the day room upstairs attached to the master bedroom for my bridal portraits and they look like they are straight out of a magazine!! So grateful we found this gem!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent! Please have maintenance replace 3 can lights in kitchen, TV remote batteries and dresser lamp light in 2nd floor bedroom. My friends were in the other rooms so someone just needs to go through the house and check light replacements and batteries. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at this wonderful property!

The home had a few maintenance issues which has communicated before hand and the elevator was quickly fixed upon arrival. All guest were completely in love with the home. The location is great.

Great location- we were able to walk everywhere. House is huge and even with 16 people, we did not feel crammed at all. Easy to contact property manager with quick responses.

Wonderful location and spacious property

Belated 60th birthday celebration for my husband with friends. We had 9 in our group and could easily have accommodated another 4 people. Fabulous location, we were able to walk everywhere. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great house w/ very comfortable accommodations and in a great location!

We would recommend this house for a large group. The dining room and the table was great for our sales meeting. It was a great team building experience with my colleagues and we all enjoyed each other’s company. It was very laid back and all the house was huge and beautiful. The kitchen was a great hang out. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary tools to cook our breakfast and lunches. The terrace was also a wonderful place to hang out and have a cocktail and a cigar. We would book it again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everyone had their own space, but the common areas were large and perfect for gathering. The proximity to Forsyth Park and the Bull Street shops and restaurants was ideal. The only drawback was the very confusing parking situation, for a family with 6 cars! I believe the city of Savannah is doing everyone a great disservice with the current system.

Location location location

The property offered the perfect location to be centered in the heart of downtown Savannah. The home was just the right amount of current modern comforts with old historical charm.
