The location was fantastic. The house is located on one of the best streets in Savanah. My only problem was the state of the house. It is definitely showing signs of neglect and wear. Cracks in the walls, warped and water damaged floors in the bedroom, missing and loose tiles in the hallways and the toilet is like a toddlers toilet and is very low to the floor. The batroom cabinet is in bad shape and the house needs some overall tlc. The location is great but the home feels run down.

This is a perfect spot within walking distance of many of the best things Savannah has to offer. The property was very clean, with nice amenities. The shower in particular was wonderful. The neighboring units were also quiet and courteous. Only once did i hear any noise from the unit above us, and that was midday. All around, a wonderful stay!

Perfect location and really comfortable beds. Candice at Lucky Properties secured ourLuggage in the office and we were able to take advantage of flying in early and enjoying a full day without luggage. A wonderful experience and value!

This garden apartment rental was perfect for the two of us. It is small so even though there are two bedrooms, it would be difficult for twocouples to share as there is only one bathroom. Perfect location. Jones street is so convenient to everything. You never need a car unless you are taking day trips!

Great location!

Loved that the courtyard was just steps from our door....great for morning coffee. Only issue was too few washcloths....had to do laundry every day. Three guests for 4 days three nights and only got four washcloths.

Perfection

The location, on beautiful Jones Street and less than a block away from Lafayette Square, could not be better. The property itself was clean and perfect for our mom who has mobility issues. Cannot recommend this enough.

60th birthday girls trip

We had a great time and the location was perfect and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Would have liked to have lamps in the bedrooms for nighttime reading. Didn’t use kitchen but seemed to be well equipped. AC worked but not sure it would be cool enough for summer months. We did use the box fan we found in a closet which helped some. Enjoyed the nice courtyard right outside the door. Nice to have Clary’s so close for breakfast!

We had a great weekend in Savannah! Our accommodations were clean and as pictured, and the check-in/check-out process was very straightforward. The location was absolutely perfect - we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to go!

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location on Jones Street. The view of the street is just gorgeous! It is little hard to figure out where our apartment was at first because it was off to the side and back behind gated area. The apartment is cute and has sufficient supply’s for the stay. Does have a few things that need to be addressed. There is a moldy smell as soon as you walk in and I reported to the office. The pillows are very flat, WiFi isn’t the best the tv buffers a lot, bedroom needs blinds to keep out outside lights.But overall the place is nice just could use few things to make it nicer.

Property not as pictured!

The living room furniture was changed from what was pictured and there was no tv in the master bedroom. I spent a lot of time reviewing properties before booking. The living room set up and tvs were some factors in booking this property, so I was not happy to have these changes made when I paid the price that was to include them. The management company did address the initial smell successfully, but did not follow up with me on my concerns. Also the dining table top is damaged and needs to be refinished Have booked there VRBO properties and never had this happen

Cool little apartment in historical Savannah

We loved the property! Located on beautiful Jones St in historic Savannah. Unit was clean and well stocked. Right across the street from yummy Clary's. The shared community courtyard is a beautiful spot.
