I generally found the stay to be acceptable, but some guests had qualms with the upkeep of the property: they noted a stain or some kind of grime in the refrigerator, an issue with the drain in one (maybe more than one) of the showers, and an “old” smell in the house. I think these are minor, did not have an issue with my shower, and while I did notice the stain in the refrigerator, I don’t really think it’s a big deal. One sort of non-issue: I do get slightly “haunted” vibes from the decor, but I imagine that’s probably just the “Sarah Elizabeth” namesake of the house.Otherwise, the house was great; the surrounding area was very nice; and the hosts were communicative and easy-to-work-with.

Fabulous place to stay for celebrating our 70th birthdays and long time friendship. The house is very well appointed and spacious. Love the courtyard out back for morning coffee. Communication with the host was very prompt. Location was great for walking to restaurants and downtown area. Such a beautiful street to walk down too. We felt very safe walking around of an evening.

We came to Savannah to celebrate my Mom’s 80th Birthday. There were 4 of us, all first time visitors to Savannah. Beth and Tim were awesome to work with. They gave us some great recommendations of places to go and things to see. They also gave us early access to the house since it was available. The house is historic and beautiful! We loved everything about it and enjoyed the back porch in the evenings. Great location to walk everywhere. I highly recommend the hop on hop off trolly and definitely eat at The Old Pink House!

Our family trip to Savannah was amazing! The Sarah Elizabeth house is magical- and the accommodations perfect with a 1:1 bedroom to bathroom ratio. The hosts were available and accommodating, though thankfully we had everything we needed and did not need to bother them during our stay. We would definitely stay here again with a group of 8-10 people. 10 out of 10!

Beautiful home. Great location. Clean, spacious, and even has a kitchen welcome basket! Super easy check in and out. Host replied quickly when I sent a message with some questions the week prior. Parking was available on the street but we chose the Liberty Deck which was a very short walk. Restaurants close by and delicious!

I cannot express enough of how perfect a location. This was we rented a car and didn’t even use it. We walked everywhere and it was so easy even with a two-year-old. I would definitely stay at this place again. We had so much room and felt very safe where we were. The backyard was a bonus. We loved being out there. Thank you for letting us stay at your home. It was amazing.

The location is unbeatable, such a beautiful street to walk down and located within a short walk to some amazing restaurants and bars. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. This home is wonderful. All the charms of Historic Savannah. Tim and Beth were fantastic. Due to a flight change I arrived early and they were gracious and let me access the house early.

Beautiful home, well-appointed, convenient location

The property was beautiful, historic, and perfect for our group of 6 friends, and would be wonderful for any group type, really. The location couldn't be better, on Jones Street right in the middle of anything you could want to see. Walkability could not be beat - Close to shops, restaurants, everything. We were so happy with our experiece. The thoughtfull touches (water bottles, snacks, notes) and communication of the homeowners was excellent. A truly great welcome to Savannah and highly recommended.

Perfect Spot to Stay While in Savannah!!

This property is in an ideal location in Savannah and was an absolutely perfect property for a couples weekend. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to spend time together and each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. Hosts were extremely responsive. Enjoy!

Amazing stay

From the before trip communication to the end of the trip the hosts were top notch. The property was everything we could have hoped for and more! The location was amazing. You are not going to beat this property. If you are on the fence, book it! You will not be disappointed! Honestly the property made our stay!

Perfect Girl's Weekend/ St Paddy's in Savannah

From the first minute, our stay was perfect! Tim met us at the house when we arrived, he had saved us the perfect parking spot. I had rented a 15 passenger van to get friends at the airport and day-trip with, and parking on St Paddy's day weekend can be tough. The house was pretty close to spotless and absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is very well stocked, super comfy beds, nice quality sheets and pillows, and plenty of room for our dinners and game nights in. Communication with Tim and Beth was seamless and they were available to answer any questions! We would absolutely recommend this home and will stay here again if we do another girls trip to Savannah!!
