We walked in and had to make sure we weren’t walking into some other house, because it was beautiful and wow! Coffee and kitchen utensils available. Nice little balcony to people watch. The bed and pillows we want to get at our house…soo comfy! Awesome place!

We knew parking would be tricky, at first; and other than a delay getting our entry code - to which the property manager was super quick to respond and helpful with getting that and the WiFi info - it was a great experience!!!

We really enjoyed the property. With the proximity to river street you have to go in with the knowledge that it wont be the most quiet location. One thing we did not consider was the etiquette of the upstairs neighbors. At times it sounded like they were having a track meet. Aside from that we had a great time.

This is a great space! Right on River Street with access to everything, walk to restaurants, shops, the hop on hop off trolly or the riverboat. Fun to sit on the balcony and people watch or watch the ships. I especially enjoyed coffee and reading in the morning out there. Despite being right over the street, it is very quiet and relaxing. We were there for a wedding and getting shared ride services was super easy. Hope we get an opportunity to stay here again.

Great Location Overlooking River Street

Perfect location. We sat on our balcony overlooking River Street. The people watching and boat traffic was always entertaining. We were able to drive right to our door to unload our luggage which was great for my elderly father. We cooked most of our meals in house and saved money by doing so. The furnishings were lovely & comfortable, especially the chairs with the ottomans! The beds were super comfortable and the place had 3 air units to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again!

A hidden gem! Great location was terrific, an easy walk to River Street and the steps to the Historic District. The loft itself was very quaint, we had everything we needed. Loved the red door. Easy to find and convenient for parking. We used the city garage after unloading, a quick walk to get to and from.

Location location location !

Spent weekend here for my daughter’s graduation and had absolutely best time. The location on the property is in the heart of the river walk , and so close to everything within walking distance. The host was very responsive and great to work with! I wish I could have find this Vrbo rental sooner instead of trying to stay at the hotels while visiting my daughter. Definitely worth staying here!
