Extraordinary place for a historic view of Savannah!! Host made communication a breeze and was helpful with recommendations for the stay. Easy check in and out process. Pool and parking are hard to find, so those being included makes this historic home a real gem. Architecture fans will enjoy the home and neighborhood.

This property was a gem! It’s a wonderful location with walking distance to everything in historic district. Please be aware Google Maps directions took us to the side of the property which was deceiving. Great parking spot off street. It was easy to back out of. The property was clean. It had most of everything we needed. The pool was heated and relaxing. The back porch was quiet. The old house had great character. The owner was very responsive and answered questions fairly quickly. My husband was impressed with plenty of electrical outlets. Bathrooms had a modern touch. Our dog enjoyed the park squares nearby. The house supplied dog bowls. I was impressed with the pet waste containers in the park. The street was a little busy, but not too loud. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next travel plans to Savannah.

Fabulous place to stay. The family used the pool and had a great time anytime we were at the house. The hose had 3 great gathering places. The property was close enough to walk most places. Mike from Luxe was super responsive.

Mike was an outstanding host and made our stay truly seamless from start to finish. His communication was exceptional—quick, clear, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, he responded almost immediately and made sure everything was taken care of.The property itself was exactly as described, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining it and ensuring guests have a great experience. Absolutely perfect! We loved everything about this house, specifically how clean it was, location, and the incredible private backyard (perfect for our two puppies, morning coffee, and a night swim in the heated pool)! Highly recommended. We are in love with Savannah…..and with this cute house. We will definitely be back!!

Accessible to everything, this picture perfect house had everything to make our stay in Savannah a true delight. From a stocked welcome basket, to a comfortable temperature upon arrival in Savannah's long-lingering heat, you never wanted to leave the place to explore town because this house had everything you could ever want. Small as that pool might be, it fit two rafts comfortably and was a truly enjoyable way to cool down in September's higher than expected temps. The location of the house made it walkable to everything Savannah had to offer and we'd gladly stay here again without hesitation.

It such a cute little cottage that was walking distance to everything. It comfortably slept 6 adults amongst the 4 beds. I also loved that there were bathrooms in each bedroom in addition to the half bath in the shared space. The pool also served us well for the one afternoon we decided to hang out around the house.

Beautiful Stay

My husband, nineteen-year-old daughter, and I had a wonderful stay in this beautiful and well-maintained home. The location was very convenient, and the home was spacious and well appointed. The host was very communicative. We did not have any complaints and would happily stay again.

Perfect location with off-street parking

Very nice house in a perfect location if you want to be in the North Historic District. The off-street parking spot at the house was a nice size and convenient to load/unload luggage. The house is spacious and has a great layout with one bedroom upstairs and one down. Each with its own bathroom. Most historic homes we've stayed in have been pretty dark; this home was light and bright which made it my favorite. We would stay here again. It was well stocked. For our weekend trip we didn’t need any additional supplies like paper towels or TP. We only had one issue which was with the pool, it was too dirty to swim in, and we paid additional for heating it. We had a short trip and didn't go to swim until the afternoon before check out so there wasn't much point in asking the management to get it cleaned for us. The home inside, however, was very clean. The management company seemed attentive and available for questions.
