This property exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely gorgeous, HUGE, well-appointed, and very comfortable for our party of six. Great location too! We walked everywhere we wanted to go, and didn’t touch our car all weekend. Our host was kind and responsive, providing quick answers to our questions, and quick support for a problem we experienced with a malfunctioning door lock. Great stay!

Everything was great! We cooked and had all supplies needed to do so. Only negative thing we can say is it smelled like a strong garlic broth smell. We discovered on the lastnight when we walked by the open door of the melting pot restaurant below that the small was coming from that restaurant. Maybe the ventilation systems are linked but the odor was very strong in the apartment.

The pictures do not do this place justice. Absolutely beautiful and well maintained property in a great location. We will be staying here again and highly recommend it for others. Owner was very prompt and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was really clean,nice and spacious. The location to river street as well as downtown was great. The highlight was we could watched the homecoming prade without going outside.

Perfect location with walking access to everything you need - retail shopping, coffee shops, ice cream, restaurants, River Street very close, etc. We loved the convenience of the loft, and the "cool" factor is great! We had a group of 8 women. We walked everywhere from this location. There is one enclosed space for a car, and though a bit narrow, it was a high ceiling and handled our large SUV. There is also paid street and public parking nearby.It was also well-equipped for our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and property was exactly as advertised. Felt like we had separate private suites but great gathering spaces for hanging out. We spent a lot of time in the property since it rained pretty hard one of the days and enjoyed the space.

Girls weekend

Overall amazing property. House was bigger than it looks in the photos, plenty of room when traveling with a larger group. Beds were beyond comfortable. Location couldn’t have been more perfect. Communication with the property manager was easy and quick. Overall great stay and highly recommend for larger groups!

Amazing Place and Location

I booked this place for my wifes 40th with some friends and family. The place itself was awesome. Super clean, plenty of space, and a great vibe. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. I would highly recommend this!

Great Spot!

This property is extremely spacious and well kept. Fit our group of 10 perfectly. Location is impeccable easy walk to everything we needed to do in downtown Savannah. Would definitely consider staying here our next time in town:

Great time! Beautiful loft!

Super nice place and very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Bedrooms on front of loft are a bit noisy as loft has little insulation and street is busy. All in all, it was a very nice stay and I’d recommend it for a Savanah stay.

Amazing space and location!

We had an amazing time at this apartment. It’s a perfect location for walking around downtown Savannah and the water front . The apartment is gorgeous inside. Every room feels luxurious and the bathrooms are so nice! The huge kitchen was great for our large group and everyone was comfortable and not cramped. Definitely recommend!!!

College Friends 40th Birthday

Very nice, excellent location. A/C didn't work, but was fixed within hours. Freezer in the kitchen didn't stay cold (ice melted). Otherwise, excellent space that easily served the needs of 8 adults.

Girls Weekend Trip

This was a gathering of 10 long-time friends from across the US. The loft and location were perfect. Beautiful property but a few things to consider

What I liked: This condo is absolutely stunning. The main living room area and kitchen are extremely spacious. There's tons of room for a large group and the layout is nice in terms of bedroom spacing and bathrooms. What wasn't great: The master bathroom is completely open to the master bedroom room so that's a little awkward b/c you have to shut the entire room off to be able to use the toilet in privacy. The bedrooms get extremely warm at night. There are rules that the AC can't be under 70 degrees, but the air centralizes in the living room and kitchen, so the bedrooms don't get cool very well. They provided fans but a few didn't work so some of the bedrooms were just stagnant and warm. This was a big disappointment for our group b/c everyone woke up hot each morning. The garage is connected to the building, but you can't access the condo from the garage. You have to put your car in, shut the garage and then walk around the corner to the door of the condo. Since you can barely open the car doors, you have to park your car in a paid lot, unload your stuff, then move your car to the garage, then go back inside. This wasn't an issue, but it should be mentioned that there is a steep stairway leading from the front door up to the living/kitchen area of the condo. The elevator is inaccessible so it could be a challenge for some folks. There are quite a few rules about what you can and can't touch within the condo, so I'd be wary of bringing children with a group.

BEWARE. THIS PROPERTY WAS UNSAFE AND WITHOUT POWER. No resolution from the property.

Arrived to the unit to discover there was no power which means no AC, no lights, etc. Obviously we immediately reached out to property manager listed on contact form and didn't get a response for awhile. In tandem we reached out to VRBO to inform them. After hours of back and forth with the property contact they told us Power was fixed. We had to leave the property bc it was unsafe to stay due to the high heat due to no AC and it was also pitch black and we couldn't see . When we returned to the unit after the contact told us the power was turned on, it indeed still had no power. We felt very unsafe and had no help from the property to get us to a new place. After almost 4 hours there was no resolution so we had to stay at a hotel and pay more per night than the unit cost to rent. Before we left we walked the building and saw that all other units including the restaurant had power so this was an issue specific to this unit. So while the pictures online look amazing - don't count on actually being able to stay there. Shame on this property for allowing us to check into a unit that was unsafe and not having a resolution. As a previous VRBO owner I would have immediately had guests in another unit or hotel and it would not have been a burden on them. They did offer to purchase our dinner, which we appreciate. I'll follow up to this review and let you know if that was covered once we submit the bill. I truly wish we had a different experience.

Wowza!!

Book this now! We took our family of 10 on a trip to downtown and we walked in & our jaw hit the ground. This place is spectacular & HUGE. We loved the open living space that was plenty big for all of us. It’s so close to everything. It’s nice to have the 1 parking space plus easy paid parking all around. Customer service was fantastic! Would stay here again.
