Downtown Savannah

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. The condo was as listed and was homey. The big selling point was its prime location. We didn’t need to drive anywhere because we could walk to everything. The negative was that the internet was not very strong. Which wouldn’t usually be problem for us but since all 4 of us were working remotely on this trip, the internet was very sketchy and extremely slow. We also had very little water pressure in the shower when someone was using the guest bathroom. I had to wait until the other person was out of the shower before rinsing the shampoo from my hair as the pressure was just above a trickle. However in the grand picture, those are just little things. The unit was clean and comfortable and as described. The pool is in Tybee Island so we weren’t able to go there. But there is so much to do in Savannah so it wasn’t missed too much.

Great location

Property was in a great location and the checking process was so easy. The parking garage is not that far away and is an easy walk. The property managers checked in a few times to make sure the stay was as expected which was nice. Everything was perfect. Would stay here again.

Perfect for our Savannah Trip

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was great and made taking in all the sites a breeze. The space was absolutely wonderful and equipped with everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay here again.

Ellis Square Lofts are not only beautiful and wonderfully stocked, but in a perfect location if you want to experience historic Savannah. After we parked our car in the nearby parking garage we did not move it again until we left for home. I will be renting these properties again for sure.💕

Cute, clean property

Very cute VRBO, easy access, very clean. Location would have been perfect but there was a very large event (definitely not one we wanted to be part of-won't say what is was here) where the street right in front of our entry was blocked off for the large event. We loved the property for every other reason but that one. We booked in July and feel the property owner must have known because there was a very large city employee prescence everywhere around the streets that were blocked off and it appears owners would have given permission before the event was approved. Now that I know that, I will check before booking every time. Otherwise, I would recommend this property.

Beautiful property!

We were a group of 4 ladies staying in the loft. The loft is beautiful and well equipped with what you will need for your stay. Very clean and modern. The location can not be beat, so many places basically out the front door. Goose Feather Cafe literally is right next door and delicious. The only complaint I have is the noise level from the street on Friday night. We stayed Wednesday and checked out Saturday, the rest of the week was fine, but the bars are around the corner and very loud late into the morning, Other than that, which is not the properties fault I would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Savannah. The location was amazing and the condo itself was spotless! We were within walking distance for everything but the addition of the included parking spot was a great touch!

Great place

Fantastic location. Can be a bit noisy late into weekend evenings as property is close to everything. The only “issue” with the property was poor water pressure for showering. Other than that, it was great.

Wonderful property, centrally located. We parked the car and never moved it, walked everywhere! The property had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable and fun. The only draw back of the property was the water pressure, very low. If someone was taking a shower you couldn't wash your hands. Ate breakfast right next door at Goose Feathers, wonderful breakfast! We had a terrific time!

The water pressure in the showers was not too good; the tub was great though. Also, $100 for an extension for 2 hours was high, I thought. But the loft was really nice and clean. Noisy side street at night but great location.

Very nice stay

Top notch communication from start to finish. Pictures were accurate and very clean. Garage garage key card was a really nice touch! Location is right downtown, with that said it can get loud at night. That’s the price you pay for for being in the middle of the action.

Great spot!!

This is right in the heart of the historic district and a lovely little loft. It's a bit loud at night on the weekends but walkable to so many great spots. We loved the Goosefeather Cafe which is right next door. Would stay again.
