Our group of 8 stayed for four nightsThe Good: Communication with the host was excellent. They sent multiple emails and texts before our arrival date with clear info for how to find and enter the property. Location is perfect for exploring Savannah— walkable to just about anywhere and near bus stops. The parking spot in the alley behind is handy and (just barely) fit our 15-passenger van. Spacious home, comfortable enough beds, and air-temp was just right.The Bad: As others have mentioned, the stairs are creeky and also slanted, due to the age of the building. There are three flights inside, so I wouldn’t recommend this place for families with tiny children or people who have mobility issues. Things like hand towels in the powder bath, a TP roll holder in one of the master baths, and extra towels for dishes were not provided. There is no window covering over the doors where the elevator is for two bedrooms, which allows light in and also isn’t very private. One rug someone had mentioned tripping on is still sticking up and caused tripping for us, and one of the privacy glass panes from the bathroom door is still missing, as mentioned in a previous review. Also, the chairs and sofa are super worn out and ought to be replaced. Beds were okay, but the pillows weren’t very comfy.The Ugly: there is black mold in the kitchen cabinet beneath the sink. There was a swarm of bees in the top floor master bedroom upon our arrival. We did alert the host, and they were trying to arra
