My wife and I could not have been happier. It was the perfect space for us to enjoy our very first time in Savannah. The owners were very helpful, communicative, and hospitable. The building is right next to a walgreens and walk-able to everything that we wanted to get to. We couldn't imagine staying anywhere else!

The room was in an excellent location for exploring the town. We stayed for three days and mainly used the room just to sleep, as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. It was very convenient to stop back to reset, drop off items, or grab a coat. Communication throughout our stay was excellent and greatly appreciated. I did want to point out that there is a hair dryer for anyone who forgot theirs like me, they got you covered.

Communication before check in and during stay were great. Check in was simple. Location is fantastic. We parked our car in the parking garage and didn't use it until our departure. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Walked our dogs in a grass field right down the street. A lot of great restaurants and shops steps away. We would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, great location

Everything was great and we would stay here again. Only thing is make sure you read the full listing as the pool isn’t on site, and know that it can be loud outside at night because there’s an alleyway just outside and it’s in a city. But overall great value, very clean, as described, great location, and owner communicated well.

Location! Literally park your car and walk everywhere!

First time in Savannah did not disappoint! This property is perfectly located. We parked and did not need our car until we left. You can literally walk the entire city from where you are! Property was perfect for the two of us and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Only downside is the alley, which can get quite noisy on the weekend and during trash pickups. Just bring ear plugs and you’ll be fine. Take it from me — I’m a light sleeper.

First timer in Savannah

The property is great-roomy and well-equipped for all of our needs. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. It was very clean and a great location. Our rental fell shortly after Hurricane Helene made landfall. We'd messaged the host on 9/29 to see if the property and area were okay. We live on the Gulf Coast and are very sympathetic to hurricanes. We hadn't heard back by 10/2, so I sent a cancellation request since it was the last day to receive a 50% refund. We wished them well and hoped that their family and homes were safe. I changed our flights, which required me to actually get on the phone with Delta and pay $200 as well as changed our rental car plans. Within a couple of hours of submitting my cancellation request, I received responses from 3 different people with the prop mngt co, telling us that they were sorry no one responded, but Savannah was up and running. I explained that we'd already changed all of our travel plans when we hadn't heard back from them. They apologized, but reminded me that today was the last day to receive a 50% cancellation refund, so to please let them know at my earliest convenience. I felt like no one replied until they were possibly going to have to give me our 1/2 of our money back, then rushed me to make a decision. I basically reversed all of our travel plans (to the original plan) but never got my money back for flight changes. It was very frustrating. I also never heard back when I texted & messaged about check-out procedures.

Spectacular!

Everything was wonderful. We are frequent visitors of Savannah and this was our favorite spot so far. The location was perfect for us and the listing was very accurate. My husband and I plan to stay here again, and I will definitely be looking into the other condo options in this location for my next girls’ trip!

Weekend Get Away

The property was clean , in a great neighborhood, and close to so many things. It was a little quirky at first finding the entrance located be Walgreens. My only negative comment would be (I read this prior) is the noise w trash pick up at 4:30am in the morning. No matter how heavy you sleep, it’s difficult not to wake up but that’s not the property owners fault. It is what it is . The property and the location are great , I’d stay here again.

Heart of downtown

Right in the middle of historic downtown Savannah. Easy walking to everywhere! Cute apartment, comfortable bed and couch, well appointed kitchen ( too many great places to eat out so we didn’t cook in) certainly could though. Remember it is in the heart of the city, can hear street and alleyway noise throughout the day and night.

Great location

This location is in the middle of everything, can walk to City Market, shopping area River Street and if you want to go further the trolley is just a block away. One of the best beds I have seen in a rental. very well-appointed condo. Shares alley with restaurant where the employees go out back to party every night, screaming, yelling just really loud from 9: pm to 2pm .
