Great part of town. We were close to everything. Apartment was nice and clean with everything we needed. Easy to get into the building. The windows did not have shades/curtains on the tops of the windows. Luckily we did bring eye covers from reading the other reviews and that worked perfectly.

The Price - Review

The location was excellent! Check in/out was seamless. Floors were not very clean and we found a dirty towel in the bathroom upon arrival. The bed mattress (too soft) and pillows were very uncomfortable (flimsy). The couch fabric seemed dirty. The couch pillows were also not comfortable/no support. Overall, it seemed like a very old/unsupportive couch. TV in the bedroom did not work. Water temp in the shower was barely warm. Savannah as a city was charming and we loved walking everywhere.

We love this place

This was our second stay here. It’s Cozy, quaint, full of Old South charm and within walking distance to everything we love about Savannah. We walk to a different coffee shop each morning. Short drive for a great Tybee day at the beach

Beautiful historic apartment building. Perfect for a couple. 4 stars only because there were no curtains/blinds on the windows (only shutters on bottom portion) and outside security lights shined into the bedroom making it VERY bright and hard to sleep. No issues with privacy as there were no windows on the adjacent building looking in! Parking was interesting 😉 for those who aren’t used to a busy/tourist city. Would definitely recommend this location! Just bring a sleep mask! (A fan would have been lovely too!)

No window coverings

I was very pleased with the location of this rental, it was easily walkable to many attractions and delicious restaurants. The bathroom was clean, but the floors in the other rooms did not look like they had been adequately cleaned. The sheets were too small for the bed so the fitted sheet and mattress cover were continually coming off. However, the most disappointing aspect was there were no window coverings for the upper half of any of the windows in the unit. The lower half of the windows had some slat shutters that let a lot of light in. There were many lights outside on the street shining directly into all of the rooms, including the bedroom, which was inconvenient overnight. I contacted the rental company the first night and informed them of the lack of window coverings, I was told by the employee that they would try to get someone out to address the issue. However, the issue was not addressed. I do not think I would stay here again though the unit was in a very convenient location.

Amazing!

We had the best time! The apartment is in the perfect location to everything! It was very clean! The bed was extremely comfortable! Very easy check in process. I have zero complaints! Will definitely book this unit again!

Oglethorpe

The property was perfect for our stay in Savannah. The unit was very comfortable and the location couldn’t have been better. I would recommend it to anyone. We did have a mild issue with fruit flys but they are to be expected this time of year.

I would stay here again.

Only complaint is there wasn’t enough hand towels, toilet paper or garbage bags. I had to call to get more. You need to lower shower curtain rod or get longer shower curtain.

Great location!

We had a wonderful stay. It was such a great location for my me and my partner to enjoy a long weekend in the city. I needed to work one day and the Wifi was strong enough for video calls. Parking was super easy with a garbage on the next box. We’d definitely love to stay here again when we’re back in Savannah!

Great location!!

This property was just as described and pictured. We did have a hiccup with the air conditioning and the office was very accommodating, even offering to find us another home if maintenance couldn’t rectify the issue. We ended up being able to stay the entire time at this location. It is central to all activities. Easy to catch the trolly. Easy access for Uber. Great vacation in Savannah 😊

Location you can't beat. Total Savannah vibes.s

Absolutely adorable condo in the heart of downtown Savannah. Walkable to everything! The bedroom is large and the bed is big and comfortable. The couch is also comfortable. The pull out wasn't the best but what pull out is? I also thought it was really funny but weird that the shower curtain liner was shorter than the tub so you had to use the actual fabric shower curtain on the inside of the tub. You could tell people had been doing this because it was stained a different color on the bottom where I had been continuously getting wet inside the tub. Everything was really great though even despite that. It was clean and felt so cozy and comfortable. I could definitely live in something like that! So cute!

Not sure they finished cleaning…

The apartment seemed clean enough but I had my doubts that they finished for a couple reasons. 1) When we arrived, the bed pillows were laying on the bed with no pillowcases on them. 2) There was a fitted sheet only on the hide-a-bed and it was questionable. 3) Dishes (clean) were still in the dishwasher (Kinda funny…we thought it was strange that there were no plates for the first two days we were there. We don’t have a dishwasher at home so didn’t even think to look in there for clean dishes!) I called right away to get some pillowcases and felt bad that someone had to deliver them after 9pm…and then found a bag with a set of sheets and pillowcases next to the couch. Oops. Sorry. Other than cleanliness, it was as promised, great location, easy to get in and out.

Great place!

Everything was fantastic and the location is amazing. All amenities we could ask for. Only 2 things for feedback (not deal breakers at all!): the bedroom could get a little warm - we had a fan which helped, and the shower cold didn’t work - but could adjust hot to make it tolerable. Loved the app - so easy and communications were great. Thank you for everything!

Excellent Location for Walking Access

Excellent location for access to River, Broughton St and Liberty St. Location was quiet and cozy. Nice large comfortable bed. Limited closet space and small kitchen so this spot is best for those that need a place to crash and plan to eat out. Internet signal was strong. Overall great location!

Perfect week

Super clean. Super location. Very tasteful decor. Super comfortable bed. Took awhile to figure out the television. Easy parking structure 1/2 block away totally recommend this rental
