Perfect Location for our Family Get Together

We are a group of 5 60 women cousins and the house was perfect with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds and 4 master baths! The front sitting room was a gathering place for us but we spent most of our time around the great dining room table for both meals and game playing (we brought our own, but they had plenty)! The kitchen is large enough so we weren't banging into each other.The off street parking is nice. Easy directions for check in and out. and the owner is responsive to questions.About a ten minute walk to FREE trolley into Savannah. Very helpful if you are touring the town! There are a bunch of tour books and maps in the house.

Great location but not comfortable for large group

We really enjoy the location but beds were small and not comfortable, and air conditioning seemed to have mold / mildew buildup . Probably would look at alternatives next time

Perfect Location!

First time to Savannah, it is beautiful! We had a large group, 7 adults, and the house was perfect in size. Large gathering areas for relaxing, large kitchen, large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.Perfect location for walking the neighborhood.We will be back!

Weekend Girls Trip

Myself and six friends and family stayed here for 3 nights. The house was fantastic and had all of the amenities we needed. The only issue we had was the tub in the bathroom above the kitchen was slow to drain. We did open the drain as far as it would go, but the tub would still fill up with water. One of the things we found very useful was the location. It was close to Forsyth Park (within easy walking distance) and also close to a luggage storage location.

A nice place to see Savannah from.

Excellent stat, good location

We enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised, clean, spacious, close to Forsyth park and walkable (if your fit) to River street. Host communicated well. Our group truly enjoyed the house.

Old friends get together

The kitchen was not well equipped. The cookware was unacceptable. It was rusty and scraped up. In fact I purchased a frying pan in order to cook breakfast. This unit could use a good coffee maker. The furniture is old and rickety. Off street parking can only accommodate one vehicle. The four bedrooms with four bathrooms is great for an old guys trip.

The area was pretty rundown and the house had pretty bad windows and doors. It was cold during our stay and sometimes uncomfortable in the house. Too cold to sit near the windows in front room

Great Stay with Friends

The house had nice size rooms for us to gather together using the dining table or the living room. We enjoyed playing cards plus there are provided puzzles and games. Great kitchen setup with bar stools. The bedrooms were nice size with plenty of room to spread out. Great location with easy walk to Forsyth Park - go on Saturday morning to the Farmers Market - great food and crafts.

Our Victorian rental house was perfect for our family vacation! We could walk to the park, the bus line, the grocery store, and some restaurants. Even the tourists streets were within walking distance (with the proper shoes of course).

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to stay downtown for the Every Women’s Marathon. It had all the necessities and was in a great location. Plenty of space to spread out and rest after the race. Thanks!

Weekend Getaway

Location of property was within walking distance to Forsyth Park and Mercer Williams house. We parked the car and took free public transportation elsewhere. House was well appointed and roomy. We would stay here again.

My daughters wedding stay

We booked this since it was close to the Gastonian where my daughter got married. Host was great , checked on us with the tornados in area from Helene . Never lost power turned out to all be fine!! Would stay here again!! Lovely home!!

Perfect for families

We had four couples and it was nice that every bedroom had an en-suite bath plus a half bath downstairs. The kitchen was well stocked. The house needs some repairs and refurbishing.

Girlfriend Get Away

We are five friends who met 50+ years ago in high school. We have come from 3 states to meet here this being our 3rd year. It’s perfect for us. The location is an easy drive to the market and shops but is also within walking distance. We plan to return next year and recommend it.

Birthday Girl’s Trip

Great location near Forsythe Park. It's a perfect place for a girl's trip for 4 & so nice to each have our bedroom & bathroom. The half bath downstairs was also convenient. It was a great kitchen but didn't have wine or champagne glasses, which was disappointing. Other than that it was great!

The property was perfect. We were a group of 7 women so the 5 bathrooms were indeed the selling point for us. The rooms were spacious and the supplies were well stocked. We would absolutely rent this property again!

Our Daughters Wedding-Forsyth Park

We all flew in from WI for our Daughter’s pre-wedding festivities, rehearsal and wedding day. It was so easy for check in. Everyone had their own rooms, bathrooms and with the space, kitchen and living areas it was a great place to stay. What you would get for the price of a hotel room in the Savannah area, with multiple people this was a much better option. Everything was 5-6 minutes away! We had a beautiful wedding day. Thank You!
