Location was close to downtown, unit was clean, parking was easy enough. Happened to not have a cutting board, I messaged the company and they had one delivered the next day. Very friendly and quick to respond.

The property met our needs—it was a good home base for our stay. We did drive everywhere. The property manager was very responsive. (We had issues with the Wi-Fi coffee pot.) The apartment does need some attention and upkeep. (New furniture, to be painted, decluttered, and updated decorations.) You could tell the space had many guests. The DOT bus stop is two blocks away! Very convenient.

Great place/pool is not onsite

Loved this place! Quiet, clean and safe place! By the time you drive to the pool you might as well just go to beach which is what we did and had a great time. It’s still nice to know there’s access to it. Kroger’s nearby and parking is convenient. We will certainly stay here again!

Savannah weekend

Location is decent, unfortunately many homeless folks close to the area due to a "A Safe Place" being across the street. Savannah seems to have a number of homeless & this is unfortunate. Parking area is very tight, should you choose to stay here don't expect great parking. The Unit is decent but could use a very good cleaning & Bathroom is considerably out of date & shows it. The shower stall also only closes half way, water will go onto the bathroom floor & ironically the toilet paper dispenser was placed right at opening. The A/C Heating unit works, but would be nice if instructions explaining how to use were in place, instead of having to google instructions. This Unit is nice, but for the rate was expecting better. Would not stay here again unless improvements made.

Wonderful location in Savanah within walking distance of parks and SCAD

We had a wonderful time staying in Savannah. We walked around the city, enjoyed the cuisine and the culture. Our entire family had a wonderful time at this location.

Great place with King Bed!

I’m pregnant and traveled to Savannah for our Babymoon. I have to have a king bed. This place was very cute with natural light. We had just enough room. All the buildings are older in Savannah so expecting a modern home is just not the case. Here the charm is in the age of the buildings and as long as you expect that, you will love this place. It was a 4 min walk to the trolley and a 4 min walk to coffee shops. We loved it and would be back!

Drayton Place 1A Savannah

Wonderful stay. This was our second time staying in this room, and both times we loved it. The location is perfect, within walking distance to Forsyth Park, Riverwalk, etc. Drayton Place is a beautiful home, and we love 1A. Very convenient and comfortable, and the host is very attentive. Would highly recommend.

Perfect spot for your Savannah stay

I stayed here with my friend for five days/four nights and loved it. Drayton Place is centrally located to all shops and dining either by walking or a short Uber ride. It's on a very quiet street. Our unit looked exactly like the photos and was very well stocked with kitchen and toiletry items. We'd definitely stay here again.

Beautiful room!

This room is so beautiful! Clean, with a soothing color palette, lots of space - everything you need to relax. Not a place to stay if you want to cook meals, but who wants to cook in Savannah? There are too many great restaurants! This is the perfect place to pamper yourself.

Thomas Square

The Drayton Place 1A was very clean, comfy and cozy. Easy to park behind the building or on the street. There are some really good breakfast spots and eateries just a block or two away. Everyone is so friendly everywhere we went. Very walkable town which I loved. I would have like a better porch and better furniture to enjoy the space. This was truly lacking. Also I was very disappointed when I asked for more toilet paper management said no. We did have an issue with the front door not opening and management was not very quick to help resolve so my husband had a screwdriver in his trunk and fixed it so we could get out. I clearly told management it was a fire hazard but they stated they had other priorities. I would think again from renting from this management company on my next trip.

Great stay at Drayton Place!

We had a great time at Drayton Place, and Savannah, overall. Had everything we needed upon check-in, and the location was great. We even spent every evening outside on the veranda; very quiet and relaxing. Good walking distance from the trolley's route, which helped us avoid driving on one of the days. We will definitely seek out Drayton Place on our next trip to Savannah!

Beautiful property & VRBO!

This was an absolutely lovely place to stay. My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary with our baby and 2 cats. We loved how close it is to everything in town. It’s a beautiful property, very well maintained. We didn’t have any problems during our stay. It has everything you could need! Very nicely decorated as well. We met the owner on our last morning and he was very kind. We would absolutely love to stay here again!!! It felt very comfortable, safe, and homey.

Everything You Need!

Great little one bedroom for myself and my daughter! Convenient to SCAD, Starland area, lots of restaurants and parking in the back. Very comfortable mattress. Was perfect and will stay there again!

Great location and historic building

Our first time in Savannah, while looking at moving there we were very pleased with the location of this vrbo. They allowed for my medic alert golden retriever to stay for me so that was great and the east access to the yard and the front porch was great. We were there during the first ever cold that was awful. We were visiting from Florida and for me it was sub zero when it was in the 30. This made for a cold bathroom and bedroom in the section of building our apartment was in. I grew up in a Victorian so unless it’s upgraded to central heat this will happen but my god it was so uncomfortable to shower and move around in the mornings when it is so cold in the apartment. The heater is in the kitchen and really only heats that room. I just would keep that in mind for summer as well because I’m not sure how the aC will be affective if that’s important to you. The place is great for two people and has everything you need. We really enjoyed the area there are tons of things to walk to and really everything is walkable we never got in our car except to see homes. Wonderful stay for a few night.

New Years in Savannah

Well maintained quaint property located 5 minutes from Historic district of Savannah. A little too far to walk to downtown though. Rental rate was very good, considering we booked 1 day before trip, and on New Year's Eve weekend. Only negative was that even though knowing it was a pet friendly rental, the bedroom carpet was full of dog hair, that at the very least should have been thoroughly cleaned or replaced. All in all a great stay
