Location is everything in Savannah and this one was perfect. Everything was within a 15 min walk and allowed us to keep the cars parked the whole stay. Note that we only had to pay 8-5 mon-fri and nothing on Saturday or sun right in front. Was very welcoming and the only bad thing I could say is the couple of toe stops that can catch you if you don't watch. Kitchen, bathrooms and that big step going to master bathroom. I was very uncomfortable on the master bed, but that was me as it was very firm. Would stay again.

Great location but photos are a bit misleading

The best part of this rental was definitely the location. It was within easy walking distance to everything you'd want to see and do in Savannah. That convenience really made our trip enjoyable.That said, I do want to note that the photos of the property were a bit misleading. The listing showed a bright, airy space with lots of light, but in reality, the interior was much darker and had more of a typical "dingy Savannah" feel. It wasn’t quite what we were expecting based on the pictures.We also had an issue with the AC during our stay, but I really appreciated how quickly the property management company responded. They sent someone out immediately after we reached out, which helped improve the overall experience.All in all, it’s a functional place in a fantastic location, but just be aware that the photos don’t fully reflect what the space actually looks like.

Great location and clean rental

We had a wonderful stay here during Memorial Day weekend. The location was walking distance to the main attractions such as Forsyth park and the river walk. The rental was clean and the showers had good water pressure with lots of toiletries. The building is older but overall it was a great stay.

Wonderful Birthday Celebration

My wife and I treated our daughter and her best friend to a 21st birthday weekend in Savannah. The apartment had so much charm and character and the restaurants and bars in the neighborhood were much more “local” and less touristy. The location was still convenient to River Street and all the tourist stuff with nothing more than a mile away. Absolutely perfect experience.

The location was good, liked the book left by the owner on the area, place was clean and a good value. The unit could benefit from the patching being completed and a some areas needed to be painted. Liked having the Britia water filter. Clear instructions to leave. Question how did you get the Long Beach flag? We live neat to Long Beach.

Great location.

Great location. Cute place, but be careful of the big step down from the bathroom to the bedroom. Waking in the middle of the night to use the bathroom can be dangerous if your disoriented. This can be a real liability to the owners.

Great location and perfect amount of space!

We had 3 couples that stayed in this space and it was perfect. It was close enough to walk to everywhere we wanted to go. Metered parking was right outside the door on liberty street so very convenient! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful quiet street

This the perfect spot for a family with children. There is a playground right behind the property. We saved so much money being able to budget for one meal out per day and being able to prepare the rest in the apartment. The unit is clean and very charming. We loved it!
