A wonderful retreat right on the Savannah river with everything you need to relax and enjoy the river views. The cozy, full length windowed upstairs living room that leads out to the rooftop deck is where we spent most of our time. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are well appointed and comfortable. The two dedicated parking spots and only steps to the restaurants and shops along the riverfront plus easy strolling to the rest of the historic district, can't be beat. The staff was helpful, informative and timely in their communication.

Great Location and Views !

Lovely property, great location, walk to everything. Private parking, comfortable and spacious with lovely outdoor decks. Very responsive and helpful hosts. Terrific stay!

Huge and beautiful

One of the most spacious vacation rentals I have stayed in. The views were awesome and the location made it easy to explore the city on foot. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Beds super comfortable. Nice mix of updates and historic charm.

The pictures barely do it justice

I can’t imagine a more perfect location or flat. Being right on River street made it possible for us to walk almost everywhere we wanted to go. It would have been nice for the pool to be in the property but we knew what to expect ahead of time. We would have been content just hanging around the flat enjoying the view! Beautiful place and easy booking and check in. We will definitely try to stay there again for our next trip to Savannah. 💖

Charming Place With Amazing Views

We’ve stayed in several units in the same building, however this was our favorite. The unit was unique and charming. We spent most of our time on the balcony enjoying the view of the river; and watching the ships come and go. Location is great and having private parking is a huge plus. Will book this place for our next trip, for sure!

Perfect Location for a Family Getaway in Savannah

We stayed here with our two children (ages 10 and 12) for a long weekend in October 2023. The location of the property is perfect and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see in downtown Savannah. The rooftop deck overlooking the river is a wonderful and a great place to kill an afternoon and evening!

Hidden in Plain Sight

This amazing place was tucked back off W. Bay Street with private parking. It is in the perfect location, right in the heart of everything. Once inside, it did not disappoint! Every room was very well done and cozy. The views were spectacular, overlooking the Savannah River in the rear and a small park in the front. I highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic location for a couples trip

This was a vacation we gifted to our sister/brother’s in laws, and it was the perfect location for a weekend in Savannah. Incredible views, breezes on the rooftop (even in July!) and great spaces to hang out and relax. The rental company was very communicative and responsive. Home is beautiful and such a fun place. It’s close to everything on river street, walk to black rifle coffee or bitty & beau’s in the morning, so many restaurants close by, and easy to drive as well. It was so nice to have parking. Our only cons, We drove over to tybee for lunch and to hit the pool, but the pool was WAY too crowded. But lunch at north beach grill was fun and the Tybee lighthouse is cute. The upstairs room is such a great space(it would be an incredible third bedroom), but the AC fan wasn’t working while we were there, so it wasn’t usable except at night. We loved the rooftop deck, people watching, and seeing all the ships passing by. We would definitely rent this place again, we loved it! Thank you!

Please read this

I have one GIANT complaint about this property. And it’s that we ever had to check out and leave it. I hope I baited you with that first line - I’ve never rented something online and been more impressed with the place in real life than I was from the photos. I hope if you’re viewing this property you will go and stay. It’s comfortable, perfectly appointed, our family loved it, the service was great and I left there wishing we owned it. Area is great, which we already knew, but never knew from day visits to Savannah what the energy would be like actually staying there. We took a vacation to this home 40 minutes away from our own and felt a million miles away. If you’re looking to travel to Savannah, do yourself a favor and stay here, it’s incredible.

Wonderful stay at a spectacular property

Great location, wonderful views, and very clean and comfortable. I would always choose to stay in this property when visiting Savannah. Two private parking spots was a real plus as was a well appointed kitchen.

Great location, beautiful views.

My family enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and sleep comfortably. The historic brick walls and views out of all the windows were our favorite parts. That said, there are a few maintenance issues that need addressing to make the place feel more luxurious. At $900 per night I would expect old caulking (deck, mainly), burnt out lights (under cabinets and sprinkled throughout the home), empty section over sink, etc. to be addressed. A little lipstick and this property would really shine!

Best water view of anywhere.

Best of the best. Sitting on the top deck overlooking the water, River Street, the Top Deck Bar at the Cotton Sail and the Marriott roof bar was unbelievable. Walking distance of most everything. Can’t wait to return

Amazing !!

I can’t say enough great things about this property . I frequent Savannah often and now have made this my top rental when I return . The location is unbelievable and the rooftop deck gives all the views one could want for coffee and cocktails. I had zero concerns with state of the property itself which clearly had been addressed from a prior review. I loved the size of the master bedroom and as fyi the second bedroom didn’t reflect in its photos that it is spacious enough including its own private bath.

Nasty

At first glance, the place looked awesome then quickly went south. Beautiful place but needs some TLC. There were huge roach-looking bugs..Palmetto bugs??..laying dead in the floor when we got there and during our stay. I wanted to leave then but I knew I would never get my money back and everywhere else was full. We had to walk to Starbucks every morning for coffee because the coffee pot still had a used moldy filter in it. The washing machine had mold all around the inside of door and someone must have quit in the middle of fixing the bathroom light fixture because it was laying in the sink. The ceiling was disgusting with water leaks and cracks in every room and the bedroom carpet was stained or dirty or both. It said no pets yet every piece of living room furniture had pee stains all around the bottom. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Nasty. Should never have rented out in that condition
