Wonderful location

We spent a long weekend in Savannah with friends. This was a fabulous location for walking everywhere. We also appreciated the separate space for each couple with their own bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great Location on Forsyth Park

Newer construction with a great location. Three stories so you better like stairs. Private garage which is nice in an area where there are some sketchy people at night, although I barely could get the midsize SUV we had in the garage because a scooter and sidecar takes up one side and a washer and dryer (I assume for the auxiliary guest unit downstairs) takes up the other. I had to angle the SUV slightly to be able to open the hatch in the garage. Note that the townhouse units are behind a gate for the parking area, which DOES NOT automatically open from the exit side. So we packed up to leave, I drove out of the garage and shut the garage door, the gate stayed shut, we got back out, went back into the property, found the remote, used it to open the gate, drove out, then parked on the street to re-enter the property and shut the doors and gate and return the remotes. Sheesh! I gave this 5 Stars BUT I may begin dropping these otherwise nice places to 4 Stars because, after staying in dozens of VRBOs over many years, I can instantly tell what owner/manager has been to the "Optimize Your Profits" seminars. Cheap toilet paper, no Kleenex boxes, no condiments, aluminum foil, saran wrap, welcome basket, or extras like we used to see (No, COVID is not a reason, just an excuse to be cheap). Little single use box of laundry detergent. Two little capsules of dishwasher liquid. We users need to start pushing back on this stuff for the rates and cleaning fees being charged.

You are across from Forsythe park and in a wonderful spot. Be prepared for a lot of steps inside the house. There is a winding stairwell from the garage to the kitchen then another winding staircase from the living area to the bedrooms. Otherwise it was perfect.

Nice property

Myself, my husband and family spent three days at the property. We were celebrating my birthday. The place was very clean and well kept up. We started off with problems getting in. We were not able to reach the host and had no instructions on how to get in. TVs didn’t work and smoke detectors were peeping. Those issues were finally fixed on the last day. I would stay there again. They just need better means of communication and be nice to have TVs in all the bedrooms. It’s a very nice place.

Savannah Getaway

Beautifully appointed, modern, clean, spacious 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath townhouse located right off Forsyth Park, in the lovely historic area but away from crowds and noise. Garage parking was a plus. Easy walking distance to historic homes, squares and restaurants.

Pretty home in a beautiful town!

Spent a long weekend here with my 6 gal pals. It had everything we needed! Great spot right by Forsyth park, beautiful trees and scenery. Everything was as pictured in the home, lots of space for everyone. Parking with our rental mini van in the garage spot needed some guidance since it just fit but still awesome to have the spot. Lots of stairs between the bedrooms, so I wouldn’t recommend for those who don’t like that. I wish they did quicker communication through this app though since that’s why I booked through here. I didn’t want to have to log in through another portal or system which I had to but they were friendly on the phone. They also did have all the information needed like recommendations on their portal. Overall highly recommend!!

My family and I love to travel to Savannah every Thanksgiving. We finally found the rental property we would like to stay in each year! It was bright & sunny, clean, close to Forsyth Park and perfect walking neighborhood. So much fun & roomy with comfortable furniture.

Clean, stylish condo in great location

Condo was exceptionally clean. Beds and couches very comfortable. Everything worked. Location was perfect for exploring Savannah. Grocery store and coffee shop just across the park. Felt safe and secure. Easy check-in and check-out. If cooking is a big thing for you, bring your own spices, s&p, sugar, oil, creamer, etc. It would have been nice to get regular TV channels on the living room TV. That TV is set up for Netflix, Prime, etc. The kitchen TV gets regular channels. We felt completely comfortable during our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Wonder family trip

We rented this location for our annual Christmas trip for 6 adults & 1 baby. It was perfect! The garden suite was great for my in laws. It was well decorated, clean, & in a great location. The kitchen & bathrooms were updated with modern features. I will be recommending this vrbo to friends in the future.

Howard Grande Main was a wonderful experience for my family

We meet my daughter and her family at the Howard Grande Main for the weekend. They had never visited Savannah, and currently live in Charleston, S.C. My wife and I checked in on Thursday afternoon, and my daughter arrived Friday afternoon. Right away, we all were satisfied with Howard Grande Main. Every room was very clean and whatever you needed was there. The local Kroger store is staffed with wonderful employees that like meeting you, and enjoy listening of what you have to say. Saturday morning of our stay, we walked to Forsyth Park for the Farmers Market. The park was full of sports activities and people enjoying the outdoors among the shaded trees and Savannah culture. The vendors were all local , displaying their treasures they love. From fresh produce, pecans, baked items to local artists, we all enjoyed the expierence. Dinner that evening in historic Savannah, eating fried chicken, collards and green beans is a must. We will be coming back again to catch up on all the history of Savannah.
