Four stars on communication because prior to my visit , I had a really hard time finding a phone number to call with questions. Rated four stars on family friendly because I don't think a hot tub is a good kid feature.

Cabin is a great location and a good size for a family. However, patio furntiure heavily worn and showed instability. Beds are uncomfortable, mattresses are very worn and can feel springs while laying on them. Pool table shows significant sag in the middle, all the balls roll to the middle of the table. Overall good experience, would consider some upgrades.

The front stairs are steep, uneven and the hand rails dont reach all the way to the porch. The beds are worn out and very hard. The hot tub doesnt heat up completely. Communication was very poor about these problems. Weve been back home for 2 days and still haven't heard bacl.

Interior very clean. Outside porch not so clean. Many spider webs under table and inside porch. Beds very sunken and creaky. Poor lighting. No light under microwave which would be helpful seeing cook top.We had a good time however

Easy check-in, nice cabin. Very steep drive, but pretty and convenient location. Grill was old and we were afraid to use. Jetted tub was not super clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

We enjoyed our stay at Natural High Cabin. It was centrally located to all of our planned waterfall hikes, activities, and just minutes away from the town of Helen. The kitchen could use some new/replacement of basic essentials. Besides the basic weekly housekeeping, attention should be focused on the other areas of the house that may not be a part of the regular routine.If we ever visit the area again, we would stay at Natural High.

House needs some upgrades

Biggest thing for me when i go on vacation is geeting good sleep and that was very difficult with the worn out mattress in the master. My wife and i slept in the guest room which was better but it too needs to be updated.The coffee maker needs to be replaced and the dishwasher would not work. Other than that we had a great stay and enjoyed the hot tub and fire every night.

Much needed vacation

My boyfriend and I decided to take a vacation from our current every day schedules and explore the mountains of GA. The cabin view was absolutely gorgeous, the location was perfect distance from our plans, we loved the hot tub too. I would stay again and recommend for sure. My only feedback is updates to the beds

Cute secluded cabin

The cabin is beautiful and secluded which we absolutely loved. Kitchen could be better equipped. If you plan on cooking i suggest you bring a crockpot or a few extra pots. So that didnt matter to us since we spent our days exploring and ate out. This place could use a little more deep cleaning. The bedroom by the door that bed needs majorly replaced. It bows and is so uncomfortable. Again we managed to survive the nights sleeping. The driveway is steep but it is very manageable. We would stay again for the beds were replaced.

Very quaint.

Overall, the stay was nice. The beds were not preferably comfy and the pool table can use some fixing. But overall, the property was a vibe. It was big and spacious which was a plus for me. Definitely recommend.

Great Cabin

Everything was great. It is time for a deep cleaning around the baseboards and door frames etc. You can tell it gets mopped but just in easy access areas. Although this did not effect my stay, just letting management know.We did not have hot water the first night. We called management first thing the next morning. They jumped right on it. We had reset the breaker and had not tried it since then. Got off the phone and found we had hot water. Called them back and canceled the repair request.Great Stay Everything was Fantastic. Mater bedroom soft mattress, guest room nice firm mattress. Amazing place.We

Very quiet

The property is hard to find because GPS brings you to the next street over & will not take you directly to the property. Luckily I know how to read a map. The house is up a very steep driveway so if your tires are slick, you're not getting a car up there. The height is nice once you're there. We did have a lovely stay but the beds are very stiff & uncomfortable. The bulb in the hot tub is out & also one in the patio ceiling. I had to clean a few spider webs to hang my jacket by the front door. I suggest a coat hanger by the front door. Lovely large windows in the livingroom but no shade options for daytime tv watching. Sweet cabin just needs a little tlc. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Wonderful stay

Stayed here with some high school girlfriends for 5 nights. It was perfect! Warm and comfortable. The beds were great and there was an extra blanket in each closet. We had some rainy days and the hot tub was perfect! Nice big laundry machines and the kitchen was well equipped with coffee maker. Very peaceful location…we even saw deer and bunnies at the house. Do follow the directions from Vacasa and not google and be prepared for a steep driveway (but it is paved and thankfully, flat at the top by the house). Some brighter bulbs in the bedrooms would have been nice and some more large bowls in the kitchen. Other than that it was wonderful. Would stay here again!

Awesome place

The most beautiful place we have ever visited. The property was hard to find. The directions had us on the wrong road. The house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. If I could ever afford a new house it would be exactly like this one. The interior decor was beautiful. Who ever did it was an expert. There is a huge tree touching the back deck that may need attention before it causes damage to the deck. We absolutely had a wonderful stay and will definitely book again(same house) thanks

Perfect mountain getaway

We loved our time at the cabin! Very spacious and the back patio with the hot tub and fireplace was great! The only problem some may have is the driveway is very steep. I could see that being a problem in inclement weather or for some cars. Other than that no issues. We’d love to book here again if we ever venture back this way again
