Our cottage is located 2 km from the shops and 3.5 km from the historic center of the city of Sarlat la Canéda.



It has 5 bedrooms and is suitable for 10 to 15 people. This cottage is adjoining an identical cottage. They can gather to accommodate groups of 30 people.



Swimming pool to share with our other cottages at 300 m, for this, you have to cross a small municipal road.



In the enclosed courtyard: Tiled terrace of 42m2 with awning, barbecue, garden furniture, swing, ping-pong table.

The entrance leads to a large room where the kitchen and dining area are located. On the first floor there is a bedroom with a 140 bed, a bedroom with 3 beds including a bunk bed, a small living room, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a living room with several armchairs and a TV; two bedrooms with 3 beds 90 each, a bedroom with a bed 140 and a kit 90, a bathroom with toilet.

On the other side of the road, you will have access to 4 hectares with wooded areas and meadows.

Ping-pong table, swings, volleyball net, petanque court, are available to holidaymakers, as well as the heated swimming pool which operates in July, August and September, and which is to be shared with the other cottages (to access the pool, you have to cross the road and cross our meadow).

Linen is not provided. Possibility to rent them (inquire when booking).

Dogs accepted under certain conditions: Presentation of an up-to-date vaccination and antiparasitic record. No dogs are allowed to walk around without leaving or to remain alone in the rental. Sofas and beds cannot be used as bedding. Excrement will be collected by the owner and thrown in the trash. Noisy animals are not accepted. An additional charge of €35 will be requested on arrival.

A pet-sitting service is possible nearby depending on the period.

During your stay, we are available to provide you with advice on walks, outings, and good gastronomic addresses.
