Stunning view! Dave and Joe were very communicative and provided very useful information that went above and beyond expectations. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, providing a kitchen that had all the tools and accessories for a great 2 week stay. Looking forward to returning!

The property and location were beautiful. Our family enjoyed a wonderful week. Rooms were spacious and kitchen/laundry facilities were excellent. The infinity pool was a definite highlight. It was very hard to leave. Property manager and gate guard were both very helpful.

House says 5 mins from beach in actuality it’s way farther because your on a hill like a mountain most cabs want go up there I wouldn’t book less you are renting a car or some there is only one SMALL tv in the living room no other tv besides that water in shower not hot had to run for about 10 mins before getting hot water the locals try to get over on you with prices

Absolutely wonderful condo for our family!

My parents, husband and our three children absolutely loved this condo. The listing was accurate, condo was fully stocked with everything we could need and more. The views and the pool were exceptional! Well worth the scary drive up the mountain Check in and communication with the owners was easy, the handbook was extremely helpful in planning activities in the area. I would absolutely recommend this rental to others. Thank you for everything!!!

Wonderful escape from winter

Our stay was too short! The condo was fantastic. It had everything we needed for a wonder week. The views from the balcony are beautiful. The infinity pool was so much fun for both the kids and adults. The condo is located near the beaches and close to town foshopping.

Amazing view and comfortable stay!

Smooth from the beginning. Easy to book, check in and out was great. Spectacular views. Super clean everything you need. Super friendly neighbors. Just be prepared for the steep hills up and down in the car. Overall we enjoyed our time here!

Stunning Views

The property provided is with some stunning views, with comfortable beds, and the property manager was super helpful. Had difficulty with AC units, locks, and communication with check-out time. Minor issues but wanted to share.

The view is amazing, the location is a little farther than we thought it would be with regards to the grocery stores, beach, etc. Would absolutely travel to Costa Rica again and would book this condo again !

OMG!

I think my kids would refer to this as a rock star crib. I haven't stayed anywhere like it on such a budget. The property itself is huge, is amazingly appointed, and brilliantly finished. The views are just so stunning from every view point. I would absolutely recommend this property without a hesitation.

The family favorite

What can I say other than it was fabulous! Dave was very prompt with all communication as well as the property manager. The pool was amazing and a great way to relax after being out on the water or at the beach. Be sure to check out the tide pools to the far right of the beach. Fun to see all the little sea creatures. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to prepare meals. The beds were comfy and the balcony offered a beautiful sunset.

Amazing property!

My husband & I enjoyed every minute of our stay at Dave & Carrie’s penthouse property! Once we booked it, Dave provided us with the absolute BEST welcome letter that had so much useful information & tips about the property & surrounding area that I knew we were in good hands. The property was clean, the bed was comfortable, kitchen well stocked with tools & the views absolutely amazing! Check in was easy, the property manager was friendly, helpful, and let us ask many questions about the area …. Our stay was not long enough & we would love to come back & stay again. We highly recommend this property!! Thank you to Dave for a great first experience in Costa Rica & for being an amazing host! We plan to return!

Lovely views of the gulf and mountains

Highlight of the stay is the views of the ocean and the mountains at the back. The house is beautiful, spacious and has everything we needed. Joe is very responsive and helpful. My family and I had a nice time and would love to be back.

We stayed at this lovely penthouse to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday! Breathtaking views day and night. Pool gym , Father Rooster right downtown the road. Short ride to Playa Coco. Looking forward to relaxing here again ✔️
