"We very much enjoyed our short 3 night stay and while the rain kept us from experiencing the property fully, we were very comfortable in the villa itself. Very impressed with how well maintained and stocked the unit is. Will likely return for future visits!"

"Me gustó el silencio, la bella y amplia naturaleza, los paisajes lejanos y cercanos, la piscina, el Beach Club, la atención y comida. La atención de las Chicas en la administración. No me gustó, la falta de mantenimiento del condo y la pobre decoración."

"The house was amazing! Check in was super easy. The house manager was the absolute best and was extremely prompt to help with any of our requests. The house was even better than what was pictured in the listing. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to visit in Costa Rica!"

"Casa Uno is absolutely lovely. The house has an authentic, charming feel to it. The beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, a number of spices, and some cooking appliances (including a blender for coffee). All of the bathrooms have been remodeled and are very accommodating. We loved the location and went between the beach and the pool when we weren’t exploring Guanacaste. The beach is calm, and we enjoyed snorkeling by the reef near the rocks. Ocotal Beach...

"We loved the place. It was huge and clean. There were 9 of us and we had so much extra room! Super clean and well equipped.Our only gripe was that the posting made it seem a lot closer to the beach than it was. It’s a 5 minute drive to the beach, not walkable. The pin drop makes it look like it’s a block from the beach. "

"An absolutely wonderful home. It is in a gated community with security making rounds every 30 minutes. The views speak for themselves. Every aspect of the home exceeded our expectations. The kitchen, the pool, the bedrooms, the AC.... etc, etc etc. Everything was perfect. The property manager, Alex, was by far the best manager that we have ever dealt with (and we travel using VRBO quite a bit). He was quick to respond to every question/concern that we had. We had one small issue with water...

"Great Condo in Coco just minutes from the beach. The property was very clean and in a gated community. There are tons of easily accessible pools right near the condo. The condo itself was clean and cool. The washer/dryer in unit was huge at the end of our trip. Ilya was super kind and very communicative. "

"It was a great place to stay. It was clean and well maintained. It was a nice location, and the price was great. There were lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The walk to the beach was a couple minutes more than we thought, but it wasn't bad at all. The owner was quick to communicate, and gave us all the information we needed. We would stay there again."

"My husband and i stayed for a wonderful month. It is a lovely big unit with everything we needed, an awesome view, very comfortable furniture, fully equipped kitchen, lovely large balcony, good internet, delightful pool, There was plenty of room for My children, who visited us for a week. They were very comfortable, loved the porch, pool and swimming in the ocean, We are looking forward to returning next year."

"Our stay was excellent! The condo was prepared for our arrival and well equipped. The view looking out at the pool was amazing. It is a short distance to a grocery store, restaurants and town. The only issue we had was they were doing repairs to the stucco and the crews were loud outside our bedroom at 7 AM. All in all it is a very nice, safe place to stay!"

"Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención fue impecable. El personal siempre estuvo dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa, y se notaba el interés genuino por que nuestra estancia fuera perfecta. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, bien cuidadas y con todos los servicios funcionando a la perfección. El desayuno fue variado y de excelente calidad, y las áreas comunes transmitían un ambiente acogedor y relajante. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de todo pero lo suficientemente tranquila para descansar. Definitivamente recomendaría este hotel y no dudaría en volver. ¡Gracias por una experiencia tan agradable!"
