Best Villa In Playa Hermosa

The villa is truly amazing! The views are centered overlooking Playa Hermosa beach, the pics don’t do it justice. The place is huge and extremely clean. It’s also well equipped in case you want to cook or have a chef. Sooo roomy also. The master suite is extremely quiet and you cannot hear the others in the house. The deck is very large, and equipped with electric shades for sunblocking. The guest house is just over the too. I’m gushing…but it’s just that fantastic. See for your!

Spring Break 24!

We were looking for a home in the Playa Hermosa area that would accommodate 6 High School Senior and a group of parents to celebrate their final spring break. The staff at Zindis did such a great job at answering all of our questions and making sure all of our needs were met during our stay! The home was a wonderful stay, the views were great, we spent a lot time in the pool or at the beach, and Playa Hermosa had all we needed for fun! Definitely would highly recommend this place. A rental car is helpful for running errands and coming back up the hill to the house.

Wonderful vacation spot

The house has a truly spectacular view of the Pacific and is conveniently situated to access several beautiful beaches. Nearby activities that we took advantage of included catamaran trips, horseback riding, and a visit to an animal sanctuary. We also arranged for massages in the home for all of the adults. The concierge recommended Father Roosters for dinner and we loved the chicken wings so much, we went back a second time. We were a family of 8 adults and 3 children had plenty of space to spread out and kids especially enjoyed the 40 foot pool. As for improvements, the house could use a very thorough cleaning and the kitchen plates, utensils, etc. need to be better organized. A few recommendations: upgrade the bed linens, pool furniture, and dish towels. We had a great vacation and think that, overall, the house was a good value for the nightly rate.

Family Trip

We stayed at Cinco Sinsontes Feb 10-17. 9 adults and 2 children, all immediate family and daughters in law. The house is beautiful and the view is stunning. We could have spent the whole week in the pool and relaxing on the veranda and it would have been a great trip but we did four different excursions that were amazing. Edgar (House Mgr) took care of a couple of minor maintenance issues promptly and to our satisfaction. Bryan (activities mgr) took care of setting up our excursions, van service and chef prepared breakfasts each day. I even got a message from the owner of the house making sure we were satisfied with the handling of the minor issues which I told him we were. If we return to Costa Rica and Playa Hermosa and need a large house we will not hesitate to book Cinco Sinsontes again.

Our stay in Playa Hermosa at Casa Cinco Sinsontes was wonderful! The view of the ocean was spectacular and the villa offered everything we needed. The staff, and especially Edgar, was responsive and very helpful when we had a couple of issues come up at the house. I highly recommend this lovely villa! We made memories for a lifetime with our adventures and time spent together!

Great group getaway

The house was better than expected and fit our group perfectly. Definitely need to rent a car, the hill to the house is not for regular walking and it is helpful in getting around as there is not readily available public transportation. We hired a chef and massage therapist through the concierge service and all was great. House was very well appointed and we were able to cook some and relax.

Almost Paradise With Stunning Views

Superb! Best view ever. The view compensated for the few issues we had. Plumbing( one sink plugged and leaking). We had other sinks so we managed. The jet tubs ( one did not work) the other we had a issue as well, One toilet needed repairs. Turned off pump for the waterfall, after calling about noise etc. to the manager. 2 of 4 safe boxes not accessible. One lost key and the other a battery needed. Main kitchen sink faucet plugged ( Edgar came to check it out). During one yard cleaning there was a problem with a sewer smell. Pool light out. It was repaired. We are a clean group, did not opt for cleaning service. But tried to maintain cleanliness during our stay. The 2 mops were were discussting. A few tips for future renters: Slip mats in bath rooms(for older renters (seniors ) or someone with disabilities Slip free rug at the entrance and exits of the pool. My aunt ( senior) only entered the pool once because of the fear of falls. A pail and good mop for those who like to sweep and mop during their stay. Cleaning supplies too. A special thanks to Edgar! He was very knowledgeable about where to go . We brought inflatable’s to use for our stay, he got us a pump to blow them all. I know Zendis does not own all the homes surrounded the beautiful home we rented. The only thing making it perfect was the loud barks of the old big dogs in the am and the little dog yapping too. Loved staying thier great choice!!!!❤️

Fabulous vacation

This place exceeded our expectations! From beginning to end we had the best experience! Our group of 9 loved our 10 day vacation! The property manager was extremely helpful as was the concierge service. We took advantage of the private chef meal and in home massage service. Having our initial order of groceries delivered was so helpful. The house was beautiful and kitchen cooking supplies well stocked. The best part was the backyard. We spent most of our time in and around the pool. That view is amazing! We went into Tamarindo and Coco Beach. Tamarindo wasn’t worth the drive. Coco Beach checked the box of “seeing the local sights” but we preferred to be at the house soaking in the sun! We went on a full day catamaran cruise which was a highlight! Lunch on a private beach, snorkeling, and sunset return. We also did a waterfall/rain forest guided hike. A lot of walking but the sights were worth the sore body! All in all this was a fantastic vacation! Highly recommend!

Stunning Views

10 of my family members and I enjoyed a week at this stunning house. The house itself is terrific, good layout, all the amenities that you could want. There were some challenges, but they weren't too big of an inconvenience. We had some wildlife visitors, scorpions, a skunk, and a snake, along with beautiful birds, iguanas, and howler monkeys right by the house. The driveway is incredibly steep so it made it a challenge to walk down to the little market, and was tough for one of our vehicles to power up to. We arrived on a Sunday and check in was delayed. Other than a few challenges, I highly recommend this house and this location. Playa Hermosa itself is a charming beach with several restaurants, and just down the road is Playa Coco with a big expat supermarket. Pura Vida!

Best Family Vacation

We book this house to accommodate 10 family members. The property and facilities were more than expected. We had a great time with enough room for all to enjoy. This was a vacation to remember.

Amazing property! Amazing view!

I can’t describe how amazing this property was for our first visit to Costa Rica! We spent most of the time exploring areas within driving distance from the house and woke every morning to an amazing ocean view. When at the house we utilized the outside space including the pool. The sunset was beautiful each night! Would absolutely book again!

Beautiful views!

GORGEOUS property! Everything was just as described. There was plenty of space for everyone to be together or be alone. The one thing missing would be a TV/ common area large enough for everyone to gather. We had a few stormy evenings when watching a movie together or playing games would have been great. There are lots of wildlife and bugs...BUT it's to be expected since all the doors open, including the bedroom doors. Chef Jeff was also throwing down in the kitchen for us and made it super convenient for us to have meals prepared. I would definitely stay here again!

30th Holiday Girls Trip

The house was beautiful, as described. We stayed 7 days, there may be a bees nest at the corner of the pool; made using the pool difficult. I think the communication with the concierge pre arrival was lacking preventing us from fully preparing for our arrival.

Breathtaking is an understatement!

There are not adequate words to describe this property! You must see it to believe it! Our family of 8 was all in agreement that the photos and description of this property cannot bring to life the splendor we beheld during our stay here. The home itself is grand and gorgeous in every way. It is very obvious the owners have poured heart and soul into creating a haven of beauty that reflects the grandeur of the view and the magnificence of the skies. All I can say is day after day we stood in awe, saying, "only heaven can be more grand." It was so much more than we expected. From every room in this house, and the Casita, there is a wonderful view of the Pacific. The furnishings are more than comfortable, and attention has been given to detail in every room. We lacked for nothing while we were here. It is such a spacious property and even if you maxed it out with numbers for sleeping, there is still plenty of room to spread out and enjoy privacy. The Casita is so fabulous and was truly a bonus that we could not clearly anticipate from pictures The area this is located is just fabulous! The home is not only a gated home, but the street it is located on is gated as well. The area is lovely, and the location is perfect. The short drive to the Coco Beach area is easy, and there you will find the Mercado, a very nice grocery store with everything you could need. The Playa del Coco village also has many restaurants and a large beach area that has beachfront dining and bars as well. This is a great area to visit in the evenings as well. The Tico Tours office is also located just outside the gate and they were so attentive to our needs and extremely helpful in setting up tours, Covid testing, transportation to the airport, and other ideas regarding our experience. The Zindis management company was exceptional to work with. Marilyn was extremely communicative with us and answered every single question I had, which was no less than 100! Having Edgar, the house manager, was extremely helpful as we settled in and as little needs arose, he was always there. We highly recommend using Ian with Tico Tours to help plan your stay. He was beyond helpful and considered it a privilege to serve us. This was our first trip to Costa Rica and it was more than we could have ever imagined, and we owe much of that credit to the experience of staying at this wonderful home and enjoying all it has to offer. We are already planning to come back and stay here again!

Amazing house

I was a little apprehensive renting a house without reviews. This house was everything we saw in pictures online. The view was amazing. Beautiful sunsets. We could not if hoped for anything more. Our family of 7 which included 2 small children ages 3 and 6 had a blast. The property management company was there to answer all our question both before and during. Tim checked us in we such ease. Ian came by and booked all our excursions and dinner reservations. He recommended a chef who only enhanced our stay. We will definitely be back!
