Our stay in March/April 2026 was fantastic! The house was just as described and had everything you needed. Location is perfect. A short golf cart ride to the beach, bars/restaurants, shops, groceries, and more. We were a little worried about the A/C rules (temp limits and turning it off when gone) since we are spoiled with central A/C and tend to sleep very hot, but I can assure you the mini split systems did an amazing job as instructed and we were always more than comfortable. Access to the community and home was simple and secure. We felt safe the entire trip, in and out of the gated community. Communication with property management was top notch. I highly recommend a stay here.

House hosts were easy to communicaye with. Property management was superb in explaining property functions. The community gate guards were on it and kept us feeling secure. We had SUCH an amazing stay at Toni's property! Gorgeous home that feels like home! WELL stocked with appliances and anything you could need. Spent much time in the pool enjoying the view of Coco Bay! Truly a stellar visit and stay. HIGHLY recommend and would absolutely stay here again!! Family Spring Break

Our family of 8 had an amazing time. We all like to lounge in the sun so when I inquired about there only being 4 sun chairs, they went and purchased 4 more prior to our arrival. We did have an issue with the water pressure one day but after a text to the house manager he was there in 30 min and fixed the issue. The view from this house never got old. We felt so secluded but yet just a 4 min golf cart ride into town. I highly recommend the chef. 2 staff stayed for lunch and dinner and served us drinks in between. Also highly recommend The Lookout restaurant close by. Beautiful house in a great location!

Best Rental We've Had!

We had high expectations for this rental based on all of the reviews and the posting, and nothing fell short of our expectations. The property manager, Al, was beyond helpful and kind with all of our inquiries. The house is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The beds were so comfortable that finding rest after a full day was easy. We used the kids room for our 3 boys in the family and at first they felt unhappy when comparing the size of it to the master bedrooms, but after a few hours and the realization of a quiet, dark room that was away from the adults, they loved it. The pool was great, and the howler monkeys who came to visit outside the property were fun and entertaining. We would definitely recommend!

An Unforgettable Stay – Spacious, Luxurious, and Perfect for Families!

From the moment we arrived at this stunning home, we were in awe of the beautiful design, open spaces and thoughtful details that made our first trip to CR so special. The house is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and relax. Multiple patios and seating areas provided the perfect spots to enjoy our morning coffee with the birds, dine outside and take in breathtaking views or simply unwind after a day of exploring. Inside, the home is just as impressive. The bathrooms were stunning, with high-end finishes that made every shower feel like a spa experience. I noticed in previous reviews that the comfortable beds were mentioned … and everyone was right!! So comfy!! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. And the pool was a favorite for everyone! Whether we were swimming or lounging in the sun, it truly made the trip extra special. The location was also ideal—peaceful and private in a gated community, yet close to everything we wanted to see and do. A special shoutout to Al, the property manager, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Any concerns we had were addressed quickly, making our experience smooth and stress-free. We also highly recommend the chef services! Having delicious, professionally prepared meals and beverages made our trip even more relaxing and enjoyable. This home provided the perfect backdrop for making lifelong family memories. Spectacular home!

We had 9 adults at this home for a week. The home is beautiful. We rented golf carts from Theo and took advantage of the location of the house and its accessibility to many restaurants and grocery stores. We had Chef Marcos and bartender Manuel for one day. I would recommend doing that at least one day. The food and service were amazing (but the chef is a bit messy). We look forward to returning to this property sometime! Property Manager Al made sure we had everything we needed.

Paradise!

Our party of 9 adults really enjoyed our stay at Casa La Vida Sonada. The house is gorgeous and very well equipped with everything you need. There is plenty of room both inside and out to accommodate a large party. The views of Coco bay were breathtaking and the location was ideal for quiet relaxation, but only a short golf cart away to the beaches and restaurants. The property managers, Al and Tammy, were very helpful in making arrangement before our trip, and were also very responsive and helpful when we needed them during our trip. We would definitely go back.

Beautiful family vacation

We have been blessed to vacation in many places, and its rare to have a property exceed your expectations. The house is exactly as described - spacious, thoughtfully designed and well equipped with all that is needed to cook and entertain. The bedrooms provided an amazing view while ensuring privacy for all guests, and the comfort of the beds (often overlooked even in luxury properties) rivaled that of our one at home. Communication with Al, the property manager was easy and ensured that all our needs and questions were responded to promptly. He also provided excellent suggestions for tours and restaurants as well as local sites. We would highly recommend the home.

Nov/Dec Stay

This house accommodated our family of 6 (21-74yrs), everyone had their own space at the same time we had plenty of space to be together outside and inside. The house is beautiful, well maintained, view of the ocean is wonderful and although you can hear the roosters and dogs while outside you are far enough away that it’s nothing that impacts your stay. We rented 2 golf carts and a rental car, this allowed us easy access to Coco via golf cart (way easier to park them in the busy streets of Coco) the car was well used to do our big grocery runs at Walmart and PriceSmart. A few things need to be updated for this home details, although it was advertised we didn’t have access to the Coco Beach Club or Ocotal Beach Club, which was disappointing to find out after we tried to go into the Club. Also, upon arrival we were told the golf carts can’t be taken up to the main door and we’d have to walk up and down the very steep hill, which doesn’t work for my husband with a bad back, my senior Mother or myself waiting for knee replacements. I understand the safety issue with bad breaks and too many people in a cart can be very dangerous, but better communication on this would have made a difference on our booking. We would rent this house again and recommend to any of our friends and family.

Only Good Things

My husband and I have stayed in this area five times and explored a variety of rental locations at different price points, but this one is hands down the winner. It's not always easy to find a rental that lives up to its description, but this one exceeds expectations! The floor plan is thoughtfully laid out, each room is bright, clean, and comes with an en suite bathroom. The pool area is gorgeous, and they've equipped it with all the perfect amenities. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay at Casa la Vida Sonada! Al and the team were fantastic and accommodating. Definitely would recommend staying here. Everything we could have wanted. Outstanding Vacation

The property was exactly as advertised. Clean, well appointed, beautiful views, conveniently located and everything came with detailed and great instructions; including how to book excursions near and far. Al, Francisco and Juan Carlos hooked us up with everything we could have desired with zero hassle and every activity was 5 Star. Whether relaxing in the pool with a cocktail, cooking dinner, kicking back or getting a great nights sleep, the property was top notch. Couldn’t recommend it enough!!

Excellent property for every age

We had a family of 11 ages 16 months to 65. This home is exactly as described! It had everything that we may have needed! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The view was exceptional! We enjoyed going to the local beach which was black sand. Something I had never seen. We enjoyed Father Roosters just as recommended! The beds are wonderful. Not too hard or soft. The air conditioner took a day or so to use as recommended but we found after your body acclimates all is need during the day is in the evening and night! I would recommend this home to anyone in any age group!

Beautiful property with amazing view

Our stay was great and communication with the owner and the property manager was excellent. My only comment would be the golf carts were questionable, but the owner has nothing to do with that and it was my decision where to rent them from. Chef Marcus was there daily cooking some delicious food and the bartender stayed after to make daiquiris and frozen drinks that were excellent.

Perfect home for a getaway

We traveled with friends to celebrate a big birthday. This house was perfect for the 4 couples with the 4 large, beautiful master suites. Everyone enjoyed having their own en suite bathroom as well. The pool and deck were so awesome and we spent so much time together out there. The view from the pool is spectacular! Inside, the kitchen and dining area is large and well equipped. We had chef Marcos come twice. I would highly recommend this. He and his crew cooked both lunch and dinner along with making us a midday snack and drinks. The food was delicious and well worth it! The home has inside and outside speakers which were easy to connect to our music to add to our experience. We rented golf carts from Theo which was the thing to do! Al, the property manager, took great care of us, helping with whatever we needed. He was there to meet us when we arrived and also to say goodbye when we left. We really felt taken care of! This home is amazing and we highly recommend staying here.
