Getting here is easy! We’re located about 40 minutes from Liberia International Airport (LIR), and the entire road to the condo is fully paved, making your arrival stress-free.

Whether you want to lounge by the pool, take morning walks to the beach, or explore the lively restaurants and shops of nearby Playas del Coco, Little Dreams Studio is the perfect base for your Guanacaste adventure.
- This is a non smoking unit. If you smoke, your deposit will be forfeited. Also, you will be charged an extra amount to cover for the services to get rid of the odor.

- No pets are allowed in the house.

- No parties or events are allowed.

- Please, maintain order and cleanliness in the apartment.

- Please, do not deposit toilet paper of any paper product in the toilet, as it can cause clogging. Instead, use the provided trashcans in the bathroom.

- Use the outside shower to rinse sand before showering inside or entering the pool.

- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher. And turn AC units off when not in the condominium. On rentals over one week there is a $50 cap on electricity.

- Mandatory to enjoy your stay to the fullest.
