Coco Beach

Location was amazing. Included in your stay is the use of the beach club. This was a fun way to spend a day or so.

Beautiful development. Our condo was first class in every way. The staff of “Special Places” were always available and extremely helpful.

Just what we had hoped for!

The property, pools, grounds, cleaning and all else associated with the property were just what we had hoped for. Comfortable! Clean! Convenient, yet private and fun!

Paradise in Playa Del Coco

The condo was well situated & only a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The shuttle to the beach club was convenient. There were enough dishes & cookware for what I needed. Close to a couple grocery stores & other stores. Good selection of pools on the property. I would stay here again if traveling by myself.

Wonderful stay

We definitely enjoyed our stay at Pacifico. The accommodations were perfect. Just like the pictures. We were so close to everything. Our conceierge, Carlos helped us book tours and a golf cart. That was perfect for zooming around the beach town. The only downside was the beach club was not yet completed though it will be completed soon.

Great Trip!

Overall we had a great experience. Had one issue with the door handle one day, but they got it fixed in less than an hour. Our only criticism would be that the kitchen wasn’t as well stocked with pans, utensils, glasses, as we would have liked. We made do with what was available and the food at all of the restaurants was incredible in town.

Beautiful and large, but too many family photos

We've stayed in Pacifico condos many times over the last several years, and plan on buying one to live in when we retire. Every one we have stayed in is top-notch and built to American standards and expectations. This particular unit is very large for a one-bedroom and tastefully appointed. My only complaint is that the numerous family photos on the refrigerator, console, and walls, plus the owner's clothes left in the closet, gave us the feeling that we were imposing on someone's home rather than renting a holiday condo. Other than that, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Meets all expectations

The grounds around the property is very well maintained, and the unit is very comfortable for two. You are close to everything you need including great restaurants. The added feeling of security from attentive staff was nice. Special Places of Costa Rica staff are exceptional.

Pools are amazing!!

This was our first time to Playa del Coco and this condo was fantastic! Very close to the beach and near many great restaurants. There are several pools in the complex and they are wonderful!! We had a great time and the co do was really nice with a comfy bed. We would definitely come back here. Pura Vida!

Dive Trip

This unit was found exactly as advertised. Very nice and well appointed unit with a fantastic patio where we spent most of our time while there. Great location, 2 grocery stores within walking distance and a short distance to the beach. I would highly recommend.

Best condo ever

My husband and I truly enjoyed staying at Pacifico condos. Everyone was polite and courteous. Staying at this condo made us feel like we were home.

Perfect location.

Looking at photos online and seeing something in person are sometimes different. This condo was beautiful. Very spacious and well appointed. Everything was there, from cooking a meal, to pool floats for relaxing. The balcony was perfect for coffee and reading. We especially liked the condo's location in the complex. Very quiet, we easy access to all of the pools. We would choose this unit on a return visit.

We loved this condo!

This condo looks just like the pictures. It was clean and had everything we needed. Several things were broken/dirty upon arrival but the maintenance guy came quickly and either fixed them or put them on his list. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. We loved the balcony. We also enjoyed the poolside bar and hot tub; much needed after a long day of sightseeing. If you enjoy fishing, go to the Soda Teresita in town and the owner will set you up. We caught 8 huge Mahi-mahis in a half day! We would definitely recommend this place!
