The location is excellent, and the building features convenient outdoor showers. The unit is well-stocked with plenty of kitchen essentials, beach gear, and towels. Most importantly, it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that the shower water was extremely hot and difficult to adjust. However, we contacted the owner, and he was very responsive and attentive.

A Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this condo! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how cute and clean the space was. The attention to detail made it feel like a home away from home. The views are truly hard to beat—waking up to such stunning scenery was a highlight of our stay.The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire booking process seamless. It was clear that they genuinely care about their guests and want to ensure a wonderful experience.Thank you so much for everything! Location AMAZING.

This property is an amazing location, the beach was not busy and had what we needed to enjoy the beach! We saw dolphins and manatees! Perfect quick get away!

This property has amazing access to the beach with fabulous views. I appreciated the extra touches like night lights, beach accessories, and water pitcher. The bathroom is dated, but otherwise everything is clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy.

Beautiful view

This was a beautiful condo! It is just as described and directly on the beach. It had everything we needed for the beach and our stay. We rented a golf cart to get around the island, which was great. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Sad to go home!

The best thing about this condo is the beach! Otherwise it wouldn’t be a great rental. The ocean might be warmer and cleaner than the shower and my hair felt sticky since I forgot my shampoo and there was zero provided. Overall, the beach was what we were there for and the weather was amazing!

Quick weekend getaway

Nicely located condo just steps from the beach. The condo has everything we needed for a short weekend. We really liked how it had the umbrella, beach chairs and beach towels for our use. The owner was readily available via text.

Calming beach views

The condo was in a perfect location for both the beach and in the town. It was exactly what we were looking for, with steps from the beach and beautiful ocean views right outside our door. We LOVED the chairs and table on the balcony, where we would sit at night to hear the waves and drink our coffee, doing the same, in the morning. Very clean condo and wonderful amenities too. Would recommend to anyone!

4th of July getaway

We had a wonderful time, again, staying here. Had minor A/C issue that was promptly fixed with excellent communication with owner. This is our go to place to do a little remote working while enjoying the beach and sunsets! Always an amazing time and can’t wait to go back

Beautiful location, fantastic property

Absolutely loved our stay. The apartment was clean with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable, washer/dryer was great, everything we needed for the beach was provided. The location itself was perfect, a beautiful part of the beach, and a lovely way to start and end each day . We would definitely return

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. The condo was immaculate and the views of the ocean couldn't have been better. Bernard was an excellent host and was very responsive. We have already booked our return visit!

Small property 100 feet from white sand turquoise beach. You can hear the surf from the condo. Sunsets on the deck or sitting on the couch. Walking distance to everything. Condo has everything you need for your stay. Great communication by Bernie as well. Would stay again!

Nice and Clean

Very nice, well stocked apartment. Great view and location on the beach. Only downside, and not a major one, is the size of the bathroom, and not great water pressure or temperature in the shower. We would rent again.

Can’t beat the view! Easy walk to historic Bridge St and other restaurants. Stairs up to unit were very narrow, but overall the unit is great! We really enjoyed our stay.
