The hotel was good , the rooms clean and the staff were very pleasant, my only issue was that it wasn’t made clear that most of the facilities were closed because of the season, the main bars were closed, the main restaurant was closed and they wouldn’t even make cocktails at the only bar that was open. The surrounding area was closed but decent bars and restaurants were open in the main town.

Do not get sucked into the Instagram promotions for this hotel. It’s as though the hotel staff deliberately try to be as rude and unhelpful as possible! The floor plan of the hotel is the worst I’ve ever seen not to mention the 1 elevator that can barely fit 4 people in it. Once you find the right one you’ll be waiting for a while! The food is average at best although I didn’t get food poisoning so that’s a plus. The music is so loud it’s impossible to have a conversation and the genre is either 2am club dance music or hip hop. The roof top pool is accessible for €36 each. Fair to say I wouldn’t go back to this hotel even if they paid me. I usually don’t bother to leave reviews but this place just left me wanting to go home as soon as possible..

Great hotel with lots of facilities. Quite a walk from the centre of Serranda. Lots of elements have extra charges, which can be expensive if you want to use them.

This hotel really does have the potential to be 4* however it's not quite up to scratch. Before I arrived I read a lot of reviews saying the staff were rude but this simply wasn't the case everyone was always polite. The room it's self was very spacious and super clean. Couldn't fault it. However the shower was cold. We complained about this 3 times to be told someone would come and fix it but they never did. We went in may, when you book it says pools open in may. However they were not when we arrived. We asked and then they started to open them. But the area around the open outside pool was like a building site, broken tiles around which seemed very unsafe. The indoor pool was nice once they had heated it up lol. Not all the bars they advertise were open. I understand mag is low season but they really should tell you not all the pools and bars will be open when you're booking. I would recommend this hotel for a cheap clean room but don't have high hopes about the facilities they sell you.

It was the worst experience that we had in the whole trip. We only stayed for two nights, I complained twice about the smell in the room, and nobody cares. We left before, I contacted Expedia , i want a refund for all the other days i didn't stay there. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointed.

Upcharge for infinity pool
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because they wanted to charge us 25 euros per person for the infinity pool. They said it’s not included in the price even though it’s not mentioned anywhere on hotels.com. We were willing to pay and when we came back to the desk after we put our swim suits on I was told my son, who is 13, wasn’t allowed. Everything else about this hotel is amazing.

Some facilities very poor, e.g. gym not only very badly equipped for a supposed 5* but some so old it was dangerous. Pools could do with modernisation.

It was great. The hotel is beautiful and front desk was great. They upgraded my room to a sea view. Private beach is great and 7th floor pool has amazing views of the sunset.

The property doesn't look much from the road but it is enormous inside and designed by some crazy designer - it looks awesome. Even the car park looks incredibly designed (go and look at it!!). Great sky bar with wonderful views, nice beach area, a few swimming pools on different levels - including the roof.

The staff is horrible, a 5 star hotel should be on a 5 star hotel stamdard. Staff doesnt speak english very poorly, no help from the staff. They have an infinity pool but you have to pay 25 euros extra pr day. Only 23 people are allowed up there a day. That was the only thing that was worth about this hotel if you take that away its just a regular hotel, with poor service.

The room and the staff were nice . When asked about accessing the top pool just to take one pic only they wanted 20 euro charge per person . I told them the only reason I booked this hotel was only for the pic in the top pool for my blog . I will never use this hotel again .in future is plenty of other hotel in saranda

Deafening building works ruined stay.
Some great aspects to the hotel , great views etc. Stylish / quirky. Out of season so all pools etc shut. Some building works going on within the hotel as well as DEAFENING building works next door from 8am til 7pm every day with diggers and pneumatic drills. Absolutely ruined any potential quality of stay. I will seek a refund. Customer service poor in general - one or two staff pleasant / helpful , others rude. Breakfast often ran out of items. Tried to fob us off with two separate rooms due to a 'technical problem' with family room. We had to insist on interconnecting rooms which we got in the end.

We stayed there for 2 nights, out of season, so unfortunately all of the pictured outdoor pools were closed. I would say that the design of the facilities were a mix of a good idea gone terribly wrong in the 80's/90's. However, the rooms were recently remodeled, and were of 4 star quality to any comparable hotel in western Europe. The hammam and saunas were also surprisingly great. Unfortunately, we were placed in a room near the stairwell, which also happened to serve as the only elevator, so we could hear the door shutting all night. Nonetheless, I would stay there again for its great views and friendly service (would just recommend staying far away from the stairwell).

Fantastic hotel
We had a great stay in Albania and we were very please with our choice of hotel! We opted for one of the premium rooms and it was faultless! The bed was comfy, the bathroom was clean, it looked as though it had only been decorated yesterday! The only reason for not having five stars all round is that due to us going in a quiet period, they were carrying out some maintenance on one of the many pools and some of the other facilities were not available. Over all, great hotel and very friendly/helpful staff!

Modern hotel offering a splendid vista
Stayed just one night at the hotel, which is decorated and painted in vivid white colors, transmitting a message of cleanliness. Younger guest must probably love the commom areas, resembling the Flinstones House.

Wonderful Hotel
The hotel itself was beautiful and extremely clean. I have no negative remarks about the hotel. It was phenomenal. The staff was also very helpful and friendly, especially the bell boys Taulant and Thoma. They were extremely considerate and helpful with any questions and concerns I had. My overall experience was amazing and would recommend it to everyone.

Vi likte oss godt!
Hotellet er jevnt over bra, med god standard. Rommet var moderne og fint, og renholdet her var helt strålende. Det var derimot teppegulv i gangene (ikke viktig, men allikevel) som var veldig ekle. Utrolig hyggelige ansatte både ved restaurantene, ved frokosten og bassenget. Eksepsjonelt god badevakt som hadde full kontroll på alle! Servicepersonellet i resepsjonen var ikke like hyggelige, men vi fikk hjelp til det vi hadde behov for. Fine bassenger, deilig ved stranden og vi har bare kost oss. Et lite minus for ALT FOR HØY musikk ved bassenget utover ettermiddagen (høyttalerne var ikke gode nok for lydnivået) Vi kan fint komme tilbake.
