"Nice service the hotel is easy to access. The wifi is the problem to connect you need to put room number and last name but the staff never put last name in the database I need to out ABC in my last name to connect to wifi"
"Very nice experience, The hotel is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous gardens and good restaurant and big comfortable, clean rooms. The brass decorations and woodcrafted furniture make this place a heritage style venue. The gym is really good and the pool is clean and big.
There is a good problem resolution from the managers, they really made an effort to make our experience pleasant, it is wonderful to see women as managers at reception, they are so nice and proactive, very professional, also...

The Tourist Home Lodging is a real hotel at the listed address though.
