"Lovely resort. Great service. Airport pickup. Reception. My room overlooking the pool and garden. Restaurant. Pool bar. The staff, all of whom give it all they've got. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely grounds, well maintained and huge. And then on to the beach. Perfect. Wonderful service from Ruella, Goma, Aliya, Hemant, Mintu and Bhupal who kept me well fed. Introducing me to Dosa for breakfast which i grew to love, and ensuring i always had everything i needed. The pool is brilliant. Its massive....

"Our family had a fantastic time at Zuri White Sands. The gardens of the facility are among the most well kept and serene I have ever seen. The pool areas are lovely and clean. Breakfast was good with an excellent selection, although with a bit noisy acoustics. The pan-Asian restaurant is also we’ll worth a visit, with warm and welcoming atmosphere, excellent food and very attentive staff. The rooms were kept clean and neat, but not sound proof in any way. "Loved the peace and quiet. This was our 2nd time here. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely visit again. A couple of suggestions would be that the resort advertises 3 restaurants. These are more like 3 venues with the same menu. It would make sense and provide more choice if there was variety of food options between the 3 restaurants. The other suggestion would be to provide perhaps a twice daily shuttle to Ribander....

"Unfortunately when we arrived no one seemed to be expecting us and there was confusion and a lack of communication. The room wasn’t ready and although made up quickly there were things missing requiring several calls to housekeeping. The hotel is lovely on a gorgeous sandy beach and the gardens are beautifully kept. Breakfast was good. We didn’t eat dinner at the hotel as there are some excellent places to eat nearby. Overall I’d give the hotel an 8/10"
