The house is beautiful. Incredible location. Check in and check out is so simple. Sarah checked in to make sure everything was going good. Our friends want to make this an annual stay moving forward.

Amazing home and location!

Such a gorgeous property!! And the location is impeccable!! Pool, 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms perfect for large family or friends , location is a minute or two from the square yet secluded and just overall amazing!

Wonderful end of summer stay

Our family of eight adults and two young grandchildren loved our stay here. The rooms were perfect for us, the beach access was easy, and the backyard with pool was a perfect spot to relax. Everything we needed for meals or living was provided.

This house was perfect! Every bedroom beautiful and comfortable! All of the amenities you could want. Large backyard with heated pool also the house is less than block away from the beach. We had an amazing week and the property manager was fantastic! 5 stars

Highly recommended home and location

As a group who always stays right on the beach we had more family members this year and needed a larger property. This house is a VERY short walk to the beach! No golf cart needed. The house is absolutely beautiful and the layout is perfect for those who don’t like a ton of stairs. With only two levels it is great for older folks. One of the best perks is that every bedroom has a private bath. The huge master suite on the second level has a “wet room” ( or wet bathroom) that is amazing. Home was very clean and well stocked. Communication with property management was excellent. Outside area with “turf” around pool is perfect for games. Heated pool is a big plus! Azalea Blue is worth every penny!!! Highly recommend.

Seaside with the Family

We loved the house, its location and style, roominess and layout, the pool, proximity to Seaside and the beach. The large refrigerator and gas stove was awesome for our family of 8 adults and an infant! Having extra beach chairs, towels and other items made for a convenient and fun week! Oh, and the beds were super comfortable. Wonderful property. Thank you! The AC upstairs in Master needs attention. Not as cool as other areas. Also the bathroom toilet paper holders wanted to fall off the wall in 2 of the restrooms. My husband actually tinkered with one to repair it. Hope it sticks!

Perfect House!

Absolutely our favorite house ever! We've been visiting 30a for 10+ years and this home exceeded our expectations! We had 2 families with 4 adults and 6 children ranging from 12 yo to 3 yo and the home could have easily accommodated another family. The floor plan was excellent - laundry room/pantry, all bedrooms had en suite bath/shower, large kitchen with high end appliances, comfortable family area - and the pool/outdoor area was perfect for a cool down (or warm up in our case). Super short walk to Holly Beach Access - even the 3 year old made the walk easily. Lots of little extras that we really appreciated - extra beach towels, charcuterie waiting in the fridge upon arrival, plenty of extra linens. We would definitely stay again!

Property communication poor

I am giving this property a 3 star. Our experience was, I paid for the pool to be heated and it took several phone calls to get the pool heated so we lost our first day with no pool availability. Second we had roaches, yes, roaches in this property. Roaches we DID NOT bring in as our family is VERY clean😢 Lastly our air conditioner did not work well on the bottom floor and after several phone calls it still was not resolved. They sprayed for the roaches on the second morning and after that we never saw any more. They told us the roaches live in the trees outside🤦‍♀️I felt even tho it was over the Thanksgiving holiday 2022 they should have been more helpful about the pool and the air conditioner situation. I paid for the heated pool many weeks prior to arrival. It was clean with the exception of a nasty shower curtain upstairs.

We loved Azalea Blue!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL experience at Azalea Blue! The layout worked great for several generations staying under one roof. The kitchen had everything we needed, including cake tins! The turf grass in the backyard was especially nice with our new walking toddler! We already talked about booking our stay for next year. Many times over the course of the week someone would comment on how nice the house is. We can’t wait to stay again!

Two things were not good but the house is nice.

Overall the house size and layout and pool area is very nice and was great for the family. However, we arrived on Saturday and Sunday we called maintenance to bring out a handle for the missing one on the outdoor umbrella. They promptly came out and put a new one on - at the same time I asked if they could look at the air conditioner unit in the master suite (it has its own). They said it was odd that it was not cooling but they fixed it. Thursday morning I woke up to super hot master suite. I called and spoke with a rep and she said she would immediatly put in an order to have it fixed. I also emailed the manager and also used the portal to describe the issue. Heard nothing at all - ever! Nobody called me back or emailed me back or messaged me on the portal - to this day. I repeated calling and emailing until we departed on Saturday. I had to sleep in another room downstairs since I could not sleep in the 85 degree master suite the last two nights of my stay. Very disappointing - especially for what we paid for the week. It was a great inconvenience. The pool company came out on Wednesday to clean the pool about 1:00pm (I had no notice they would come) and they left a note saying we could not use the pool until the following day. I wish I had known since we had planned my granddaughters pool party that evening and had to move it. A heads up on those types of things happening at the house you are renting would be wonderful.

Spring Break 2021

The house was beautifully done and arranged and the owners have thought of everything to maximize conveniences. The location is great with super close beach access & a short walk or bike ride to Seaside. Loved it!!

Beautiful Wedding Venue!

My daughter had her big wedding canceled twice due to Covid so we had a small group of parents and siblings stay in this gorgeous home and had our wedding on the beach....right between the two hurricanes on Labor Day weekend. The entire experience was magnificent and the pictures of the home and its gardens are all a part of the wedding and could not be more beautiful! Thank you to all who helped us make these wonderful memories!

Perfect!

This house is amazing!! Is even prettier in person!! It was our family vacation and we decided to rent this house and it was perfect , the bunk room was perfect for the kids while all the other rooms which most of them are king beds were perfect for the adults. The beach is super close to the house walking Distance is literally like 3 mins. We had so much fun in the pool everything was perfect will be back for sure.

Dream home away from home

Azelea Blue is a beautiful property with everything you need. Plenty of towels, dishes, cookware, pillows, blankets, lots of hooks and baskets to stay organized while you are away from home. The home is beautifully decorated and our dream home away from home. The location to Seagrove town center is perfect. And only a ten minute walk. You can walk to the beach in under 3 minutes. We spent the mornings at the beach and afternoons at the pool.

30A Sweet Soot

Great time at Azalea Blue. We have stayed in the middle of seaside proper Many times but this time opted for a break from the bustle, a relaxing poolside and a luxurious 6 bedroom place. Everything the 14 of us needed. Great management team very responsive and humble. We lived this place. Versatility in rooms and top notch kitchen and Utensils and all other finish. It’s a cant miss!
