house is absolutely beautiful and in a great location to enjoy the beach and all the shops/restaurants in the area. Alexandra was super helpful with everything we needed. we had a great time!

Perfect 2-Family Accommodations

First, this place was PERFECT for our trip. Amazing location, the pool right next door was not too loud, and waking distance to beach was great. However, public access beaches are VERY limited on space, and the locals are adamant you stay off "their sand". We had a minor run-in, but were not in the wrong, so it didn't amount to anything, but it was inconvenient and crammed in the very limited public access areas.

We had a great stay, and the atmosphere was perfect for our summer beach getaway. Sunsets were gorgeous. We definitely appreciated the proximity to the beach access, and being close to the lake as well. We took advantage of the onsite beach chairs and body boards, though missed the beach cart. Well equipped kitchen when it came to the essentials and very clean. Would stay here again!

Beautiful home

Spacious home with beautiful view of the sunset over Oyster Lake. The upstairs living room and balcony are very nice and accommodating!

Comfortable house

The house was exactly what was described. It was very comfortable and felt homey. The beds were comfortable. One of the showers on the second floor has the issue of water coming out in the bathroom that we were drying after each shower. My only disappointment was the condition of backyard. The patio set was very old and cushions were moldy. We were planning to use the BBQ but we never did as it was not really necessary ce to sit back there.

No golf cart as advertised. No private pool as advertised. No iron as advertised. 1 was delivered a day late.

Great house in a perfect location!

The layout of this house is awesome bc there’s two master bedrooms and two guest bedroom with a queen and bunk beds. Loved the upstairs living room and everything was nice and clean. Rental company was easy to work with. Thanks again!

Beautiful home on 30A

Great location and house is as advertised. Close to pool and fun fish watching in the next door lake. The upper deck is perfect at night and absolutely stunning sunsets. Only issue is the beach access across the street is EXTREMELY limited with security guards huddling everyone is a very small area of the beach while the rest is marked private. The public beach is fairly far with an infant and crowded. The private beach guards really ruined a lot of vacation for people in all the houses around us. It does list this in the details but 2 yrs ago we stayed nearby with no issues so it was a surprise. Totally not the owners fault but a huge drawback for family’s just wanting beach time.

Perfect for ladies get-away

Four adult women went to the 30A Songwriters Festival and this was a great place for us to stay. It was great for each lady to have a bedroom and private bath. The downstairs kitchen was where we gathered and ate (though there was an upstairs kitchen too…!). The house was clean and well-equipped. The view of Oyster Lake was lovely. Will definitely consider for a future trip. Thanks!!

Girls trip 2022 - NOT a GULF view

This is NOT a Gulf view property. We spend a week at the beach every year and had to find a larger place this year. The house is big enough to house ten people.. The upstairs furniture (couch) was super comfy and there is ample seating downstairs for dining. Both king sized beds were comfy and the bunks were as well considering it was a bunk bed. The downstairs queen support slats are missing and the mattress falls through to the floor. We did have to launder the linen upon check in due to remaining sand in the bunk beds. The house is bright and decorated nicely. Beware of the camera located at the front door. It is positioned just above the shaded glass and can see in the unit. They also automatically adjust the thermostat during the day. We rented the golf cart and IF you plan to stay right there it might be worth it but otherwise save your money. The beach access is across the street and we just set things up early for the day. It is very SMALL and if you aren't the early bird you will have to go to the public access down the street.

Great spot

This house is great location and super cute and roomy. The layout was wonderful for us. Be aware that even though the public beach access is directly across the street, it’s only like 40 feet of access before you get to “private” beach, of which you will get kicked off. This would have been handy to know going in. Still great though, you just have to get up early and get a good spot. Would rent again.

Great experience

I highly recommend this house. We had a large group and it was perfect for all of us. Beach access was wonderful and the kids enjoyed the heated pool. The golf cart that we rented was a big hit with our grandchildren. Plenty of places to walk your dog and any questions we had was answered promptly. One of our most enjoyable stays!

Dune Allen Beach House

Great location with easy access to beach. Nice neighborhood. Close proximity to great restaurants. Major plus was having pool next to unit, access to beach, nature trails, lock off between first and second floors. Furniture was dated; coffee table downstairs was beat up; stove and refrigerator upstairs needs updating; first floor exterior door lock needs attention as it wouldn't lock from the outside (had to lock from the inside and go out the side door). Had a very good stay and would refer friends to the unit.

Santa Rosa Beach

Loved the location of the property! My kids loved having the pool right by the house. The house is really cute and the decor was perfect. The only complaint was the house smelled musty when we checked in. We loved having the golf cart as well. Great rental and we will be back!
