Beautiful Home

We had a wonderful stay at this Watercolor home. The host was very responsive, the house was well furnished, and the location was peaceful. We rode bikes or took the golf cart to the beach and into Seaside for coffee, dinner, books, and ice cream. The kitchen is a bit cozy for large groups, but we made it work. We've been coming to Watercolor for years and this home was just perfect for our large family of 10.

Great location for all things Watercolor

The house was just the right size for our group. It’s about a 5-minute walk from the beach club and the same from the boat house. You can bike up to Publix and get into Seaside easily, too! Highly recommend.

Great house & great location!

The house was exactly as it looked online. The location is a walk/really short bike ride to Seaside and Watercolor beach. We had 2 families of 5, and there was plenty of room. The communication with Shelly about the house was easy, and very responsive. I would stay here again!

Lovely Home

Lovely home great location to Watercolor pool access. Didn’t need a golf cart except for grocery load and when it rained. Otherwise walking to all : Seasid me and Watercolor. Shelly is very responsive to needs .

Annual Girls' Trip

The property is truly amazing. It is so convenient to the beach club, restaurants and shopping. It is beautifully decorated and exactly as pictured. We had just a few small issues I would like the owner to be aware of. We couldn't lock the carriage house when we left each day in order to secure our belongings, and if you arrive on Sunday, you have to go Monday to pick up your wristbands yourself. We were notified of this but not sure where to go to do that. It seems like they could have been picked up on Saturday and left for us. We finally figured it out. These were very small issues, and definitely not deal breakers. We loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

Great property, technology aspect not so much.

Property was great! Internet and tv service was terrible. The men wanted to watch several football games during the weekend and we just had to cut them off because of the glitchy tv. We also had to unconnected our phones from Wi-Fi because nothing would load. Other than those two issues, the stay was fantastic!

Incredible Property and Stay!

This home was exactly what we were looking for! So well maintained and clean, great layout, close to the beach (easy walk to Seaside and Watercolor), access to Watercolor pools and beach. Could not ask for more and hope to stay here many more times!

40th Bday at the Beach

House was perfect for our group of 10 adults! Great location to walk easily into Seaside village or to the Watercolor Beach Club. Plenty of room to spread out inside & out, and room to hang out as a group in the main house.

Property sleeps 12 people or more, but vehicle parking really only accommodates one vehicle. For the rental fee their really needs to be reasonable accommodations for 2 vehicles.

Summer vacation 2022

Location was great with easy access to all the pools and beach club. Overall house was comfortable with plenty of space for 10 of us. While the location of the house is nice it is on the busy street with roads three side of the proposers, it can be a little loud at night. The listing notes bikes but we did not get those and the owner ghosted us until the last night there regarding other minor issues. Would also recommend renting a golf cart in advance along with confirming bikes. Tram service was nice but it was down for portions of the stay. We would consider staying here again as overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Comfortable house for large family

The living space was lovely and well decorated. The house should have been better stocked with basics for a vrbo listing. We as renters had to go purchase bath soap as it wasn’t supplied in any of the bathrooms, nor was extra toilet paper. There was no broom to clean the floor, could have used more tall garbage bags for the kitchen, the WiFi was spotty with the incorrect password provided and the television was pixilated which made it difficult to watch.

Spring Break

House was fine. Needs some refurbishment. Strong fish smell when we checked in after being cleaned. I am sure given its location and size it gets lots of use and it shows. Watercolor is great spot for any family vacation.

Texas Spring Break 2022

Beautiful home Perfect watercolor location Traveling with toddlers no pool on property was a plus (plus with access to the beach club pools and camp watercolor pools there is really no need for a pool onsite) Walking distance to watercolor/seaside Watercolor beach club Watercolor boathouse Home porches with rocking chairs and a porch swing bed were a plus So relaxing Owner was very responsive

Proposal weekend

This lovely home set the tone for an incredible family weekend set to include our son proposing, two families bonding and fun times spent together. The owner was absolutely amazing, making sure everything was perfect! Truly one of the most beautiful homes - clean, decorated with style and comfort in mind and equipped ! Pure Perfection!

This property was even better than we imagined! We had 3 families fit comfortably in this stunning home and the included carriage house. It has all the bells and whistles with attention to detail and all of the conveniences of home. The location is perfectly situated close to Watercolor Beach Club, The Lake House, and Camp Watercolor. We enjoyed lovely walks to Cerulean Park and the kids got their ice cream fix at The Candy Bar. We had a perfect week decompressing and enjoying much needed family time. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home, and we will definitely be back!
