The house was overall great. Lots of space and amenities. Family friendly and we had an older person with us who made use of the elevator. Pool and hot tub were great ( once we were given the right instructions to operate the hot tub)Kitchen had everything except they only had 1 kitchen towel. TVs were confusing. Some had cable. Some were internet only. The tvs were slow to respond and the outside tv was missing the remote entirelyManagement service was ok. They showed up every time we needed them but there was lack of communication to when they might show up. We lost two days because the instructions to operate the hot tub were wrongWe also had other misinformation. For example the garbage days stated Tuesday and Friday when it was actually Monday and Wednesday Golf cart was great once we again got the right waivers. Same goes for the bikes. Location is awesome and close to beachOverall we would stay there again. Just had some frustrations with the technology and instructions

Great but slightly hard

Great place. Amazing location. Frustrating because you had to go through the company for answers rather than an owner. Wouldn’t hold me back from booking again but it was hard not having someone to talk to that owned the house and knew the house

Santa Rosa family vacation

The overall experience with the property was great! The location, cleanliness, bedrooms, the pool - everything was great. The only downgrade I’d give it is that the main living area was on the 2nd floor. With there being 5 kids under age 6, going from the pool to the 2nd floor for snacks, food, waters, etc.. BUT that was probably just our family. I’d want to remind anyone that rents this that you need to go pick up everything at the store - including toilet paper. Great place! Would rent again

So close… just not there

The home has a great layout, good location, plenty of room for a family gathering, and well decorated. But… many of the appliances broke during our stay. The dishwasher, washer, ice maker (never worked), door handles, and pool heater either broken or had mishaps during our day. I would recommend the local maintenance team to go through the house and fix all the problems (once). Staying with a large group and having the dishwasher go out… it not ideal and quite frustrating. We called multiple times to try and get support, but did not have any of the areas fixed during our stay. Hopefully they can turn it around because the house has potential.

Graduation Celebration Trip

House is in a great location, big pool, yard to play in, house is awesome for large groups. Not having “local” property management is not the best and the house has everything but is sorely lacking in pots/pans/cookie sheets that are in decent condition.
