Answered prayers home

This home had a lot of problems while we were there including the dishwasher that had to be replaced after we had been there five days and the AC going out. There is a lot of traffic around this house that I did not enjoy because I had children with me.

Great LARGE Home and Location!!

We really enjoyed our stay and the home is very nice. We came with both sets of parents and another older couple (all in 70's except us). House is much larger than it appears online. Walking distance to everything. Know that once you park, its hard to find parking if you bring an additional car. There are lots of stairs in the home so consider that too if you bring older parents. The house had everything we needed. The carriage house could use some updates (new mattress) but over all it was a nice retreat from the parents for my husband and I. We had an issue with the dishwasher, which they tried to fix immediately. Property management was very responsive. I would definitely stay there again with a younger group of friends (only because of all the stairs)!

House and cottage were perfect for eleven of us.

Easy to rent online and all info needed supplied via email. Highly decorated house with lots to read and/or see on art and plaques. Lovely porches. Two fridges. Comfortable beds. Worth the money!

Answered Prayer!

This house was a blessing to our family. We really enjoyed the big gathering space with open kitchen and living room and large round dining table. Lots of room for card games at the table and everyone gathering for a movie. The view from the crows nest was amazing. And the back porch was a great place for good conversations. Loved this place.

The property was perfect for our family of 9. The decor was very shabby chic and felt so beachy and comfortable. The property manager was very attentive to our needs and our vacation was truly an "answered prayer". Thanks for sharing your home with us. We highly recommend.

Great Weekend

We had a very blessed trip. I had my 3 adult, married children and their spouses all at the beach sharing it all. There was plenty of rooms and extra for kids naps, play rooms and places to get away from eachother for a bit of peace. It was enough room but still so homey and comfy. It was a truly answered prayer for us all. The management team was amazing. We needed a vacuum and they had a new one to me THE SAME DAY!

Absolutely Perfect!

We've stayed at many, many properties through the years and this has to be in the top three. Exceptional. Wonderful home - cozy corners, spacious areas for gathering and beautiful bedrooms. The location cannot be beat! In the center of all the Seaside fun and easy walk to the beach. It was truly an "Answered Prayer"! Have to give a shoutout to the property management company that helped us with the newly installed Sonos system (fantastic!!), and so kind, professional and quick when they had to deliver and install a replacement dryer. Great people to work with! Thank you to the homeowners for creating such a special place. We loved it!

Outstanding Property manager

This is a spacious and well appointed house. W4 we're a family group of nine - from grandparents to grandchildren. The house could have comfortably accommodated five more. As with any large residence, there were numerous issues that we needed assistance with over the Course of our weeks' stay. The property manager, Dune Vacation Rentals (specifically Perry Bilger and Alicia Hilyard), provided extraordinary service. They were professional, prompt, attentive and a pleasure to deal with. In our 40 year history of renting vacation homes, we have never encountered an organization operating to this high a standard. We would unequivocally recommend them, and any properties that they offer and manage.

Spring break at Seaside

This house was perfect for our family needs. The yard is fenced and provided good play space. While the concept of being able to walk to beach, pool, etc. is nice we found it harrowing because of the crowds. Too many cars and too many teenagers in large groups on bikes. The only way we will visit again is in the off season! While the property mgmt was responsive, the dryer could not be fixed while we were there and I’m not sure anyone addressed the ceiling drip which thankfully stopped. The house had a lovely design and we enjoyed opening doors (minus a/c) to bring in the glorious spring weather. All the collected items used to decorate it were fun to explore but overallthe house needs some gentle, loving repair.

Answered Prayers

We loved our time at Answered Prayers! Darling spot from top to bottom. Everything we needed was there from big things to little details- room for 10+ people including teenagers who like to sprawl, beach towels, cookie sheets, coffee maker, two refrigerators and so many beach toys. Parking in the back of the house was great, and it was so close to the beach! Less than five minute walk- no need for a bicycle at all! Such a great spot and we will definitely stay again!

Excellent vacation home

Great home for a large family, or two families. The house was very clean upon arrival and in a great location for all the activities around Seaside. I would definitely return to this house.

Prefect seaside location

Beautiful house with plenty of space for two families plus a teen retreat or in law suite! The walk to the beach and pool were short! We loved the house and location!
