Inside, this recently remodeled Old-Florida style beach house features views that will take your breath away. However, The Point's outdoor area is what truly makes this home one-of-a-kind. Outside, you'll find a gigantic wooden deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico complete with al-fresco dining, lounge chairs, bench seating, and private beach access. The home also features a charming garden patio that includes a grill and firepit as well.

**Fireplaces are a seasonal feature that can only be utilized from October through April. Fireplaces will not be in working order from May to September.
