Great House and Location

We had a great time and loved the house. Kind of shocked at the size of the Grayton 4th of July Parade and the amount of people that it brought to the area. We will be back!

Grayt vacation

We had a great time once again in Grayton beach! This house was perfect for our family. The house was in our favorite location, walking and biking distance to great food and beach access. We had such a fun time I hated to leave. Beds were cozy, living room was plenty big to hang out in and kitchen was perfect! I would love to stay at this location again 100%!

Stellar Stay at Stella Luna!

My family has traveled to the 30a area for decades through multiple generations and this home is our favorite we have ever visited. Perfect furnishings, cozy and comfortable decor, comfy mattresses and linens, everything you need for a beach stay. Within walking distance to all the best Grayton restaurants and shops. Absolutely love it and will definitely be back!!

Great location, great home

We needed a place for us and our adult children , plus one. It was perfect. The separate area downstairs allowed privacy for them. The upstairs was open and perfect for family meals and games . I thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch for morning coffee and reading my book in the evening. The walk to the beach was comfortable. The beach supplies and bikes made life easier . Eric was attentive to any needs that popped up. They have thought of everything. I can’t wait to come back.

Family Beach Trip

Stella Luna is the best house in Grayton to stay at with your family. It is well stocked with every thing you need and even extra. Eric was easy to contact. I would definitely advise anyone heading to Grayton to stay here.

Great Time

I only rented main portion upstairs, which worked great for two couples. Walked to beach and restaurants all week. Only used car to eat breakfast at Donut Hole.

Beautiful house

This places was very nice and convenient. The only thing I would prefer as an older person would be larger beds upstairs. Besides that it was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Very well equipped with all you need. Especially kitchen

All the details were covered

I could go on and on about how nice and welcoming the property itself was or how perfectly located the property was, but that is not what stood out to me. What stood out to me was how all the details were taken care of. From a wide range of bikes and beach equipment to the softest beach towels I have ever felt, everything you could need was there and ready. Not having to worry about these details is what took this visit over the top.

Great stay

Our extended family included 3 couples and a toddler. The family with the toddler stayed in the first level, which functioned well as a separate area where the toddler could take naps, play, etc. without being disturbed or disturbing the other couples upstairs. Each bedroom having it's own en-suite bath was luxurious. The walk to the beach was pretty short and the location midway between beach and 30-a amenities/shops was nice. Kitchen well outfitted. Screened porch was enjoyed. We would stay again!

Grayt stay!

One of my best VRBO stays. Kelly was very attentive and quick to answer any questions we had. We had everything we needed for an awesome week I’m Grayton Beach. Will definitely stay at Stella Luna I’m the future. If you want to leave your car parked fir the week, rent an EV from Street Legal Carts. They were great to deal with as well.

Best Beach Trip

I've been coming to 30A since childhood and stayed all along the coast. We loved staying at this location because it had so much room, space for everyone, and everything you could need. They supply all the little things at the house and that helped so much by saving us luggage space and trips to store. Grayton was perfect for little kids because of the estuary- especially on red flag days. We loved out stay and can't wait to come back.

An absolute gem!

wow. just wow. not only was the property owner very helpful, attentive, and friendly; the property was equally as charming and welcoming! We brought our own coffee, and grinder, and kitchen supplies, only to find ground coffee, spices, even fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. The kitchen felt like a cooks kitchen. everything we needed for cooking with the fam. The house was super cute, well decorated, clean, updated, and cozy. bluetooth speakers here and there made it fun for the kids. The balcony was A HIT! screened in porch with mood lighting, ample seating, and just enough tree coverage to feel like a hidden tree house. the family spent a lot of time cozied up outside. everyone agreed it was our favorite space. finally; we didn’t have to pack any beach equipment. beach chars, umbrellas, boogie boards, an inflatable boat with pump, beach toys, skim board… and a wagon to haul it all. made packing the car a breeze. also a full set of bikes. honestly even leaving our own bikes at home for this trip, I think we overpacked. so far this was our favorite of 3 properties we’ve stayed at in Grayton. the town speaks for itself. we always come back. barely a 4 minute walk to red bar/beach access. just as close to the coffee shop and AJs the other direction. The town is so small you are always close to everything. Stella luna is a must stay for a small family adventure!!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed a wonderful week at this lovely beach cottage. As others describe, the cottage had everything we needed and we loved relaxing on the screened porch. The owner provided excellent information on the area and was responsive to questions. We hope to return!

Great place to stay in Grayton Beach!

Beautiful, cozy home very close to the beach. Grayton Beach is our favorite place on 30A and it was great to find a getaway so close to the restaurants we like. Super clean, well stocked kitchen and more spacious than the photos convey. Kelly is a very warm and kind host! It made us feel special to have fresh flowers and a bottle of wine waiting for us. She is great and I definitely felt like a guest in her home vs. a “renter”. Watching the sunrise on very cold morning with misty waves was magical. Screened in front porch was so relaxing. Everything you need is close by, Publix on 98, good restaurants. Shunk Gulley in Blue Mountain and Black Bear cafe in Grayton are our favorite places to eat. Kelly allows a golf cart which is great and can fit under the carport. We planned on bringing ours but unfortunately our trailer needed some repairs so we didn’t bring it. It’s a fun way to get around. We were sad to leave and will definitely book again!

Perfect Grayton House

Kelly is a kind and gracious host, and her house in Grayton is just wonderful. The house is clean, well-stocked, cozy, beautiful, and perfectly situated. Every part of our communication with Kelly was like talking with an old friend…she even decorated for the holidays to make our stay even more special. She goes above and beyond to make sure that guests know where to go for every service that might be wanted/needed while at the best beach in the country! We certainly hope to be back soon.

Amazing Place!

From the moment we arrived until the time we left, we were so pleased with our choice of staying at Stella Luna! Here are just a few of the many reasons we thoroughly enjoyed our stay...bottle of wine waiting for us, fresh cuttings throughout the spacious interior, perfect decor, super comfortable furniture, and the awesome day-bed on the screened in porch where we sat every morning and evening. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed. We really appreciated the covered parking the one day it rained as well as the stellar communication with Kelly and the short walk to the beautiful beach. This place was perfect for us!

Perfect stay in historic Grayton

We recently rented Stella Luna for a long weekend and couldn’t have been more pleased. Kelly is the best hostess we’ve ever had! Upon our arrival we had a beautiful bouquet of flowers and a bottle of wine waiting to welcome us. The home is absolutely beautiful! It’s spacious, perfectly decorated and has every thing you will need-from coffee and laundry detergent, to all the beach gear for a day at the beach. The location is what we love most about Stella Luna. It’s a quick walk to the beach and some of the best restaurants in the area. This will be our go to rental in the Grayton area. Book now! You won’t be sorry.

Highly recommend Stella Luna!

This was our 10th year for a family beach vacation and our 1st year to visit Grayton. It was our favorite beach trip ever! The Stella Luna was the perfect fit for our family of 4. It was well appointed and was also the best stocked of all the beach homes we've stayed! We loved the front sun porch. It felt like a little tree house! Our daughters spent a lot of time out there, and it was perfect for morning coffee and evening downtime! The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities (dish soap, an assortment of spices, and plenty of cookware and utensils for meals in). There were plenty of towels, and even beach towels. Bikes and beach toys/umbrella in the outside closet were all in great condition, and we didn't have to worry about anything we forgot to pack! It was an easy walk to the beach and an easy bike or walk to local restaurants. Borago, Crackings, and The Hurricane Oyster Bar were our top picks! Churango and The Red Bar were also delish! Kelly and Billy were fabulous hosts! They were so helpful with restaurant and shopping recommendations! I was in a pinch, because I broke a temporary crown during travel to the beach. Kelly and Billy were super helpful to send me contact information for local dentists, so I could get an emergency dental appointment. If you're looking for a beach house in Grayton, we highly recommend staying at the Stella Luna! We hope to come back here, and next time we hope to rent the downstairs and bring more family!
