Perfect location

House was amazing! Basically directly on the beach and private beach area. House was beautiful and roomy as well. But the location of the house can’t be beat. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location & amenities

This house is so cute and spread out among 3 floors. We had 3 families (6 kids & 6 adults) and it was perfect. The extra umbrellas at the beach was absolutely amazing and appreciated that more than anything with all the kids. The pool was heated and everything we needed was there. It is situated in a perfect location and had plenty of dishes, wine glasses and the best wine bar area! We will definitely stay here again separately and with friends. This was our favorite house so far over the years of renting beach homes.

Family reunion in paradise

What an amazing week at an amazing location. Positives= plenty of room for our party. LOVED the SIX umbrellas and 4 chairs. We’ve never had that many and it was a game changer for our group. Location can’t be beat. Loved the two fridges and 2 sets of washer dryers! Pool was a nice size as well. We loved the showers and loved the decks with great views. Negatives= some of the kitchen chairs are on their last legs and would need replaced. You may want to have someone check the lightbulbs around the property. A lot of lights were out. The bunk bed room needs new beds. The mattresses don’t fit the frames and the bunk bed felt like it was ready to fall apart. The downstairs a/c must be checked. We couldn’t get any of the bedrooms to cool. We would rent this place again in a heartbeat. Take the negatives with a grain of salt. Just thought you would want to know both positive and negative. Thanks again for a great week!

Our Happy Place

Our happy place is definitely at 30A, staying at Our Happy Place was great! Perfect location to walk to the restaurants & stores but more importantly, perfect location to be close to beach and the house! We went after Christmas so it was chilly at times and having the warm pool after braving the ocean was great! Enough room for all of us, had a lovely visit!

Excellent location on the beach

Perfect location steps from beach & town. Great layout for kids - our two families really loved our stay. Great pool shaded in the late afternoon, large common spaces. Two master ensuites. Kids slept in the three bedrooms downstairs & had their own tv area. Easy parking. Loved it!! Would definitely book again,

YaYa's Getaway

This was a family getaway with our children and grandchildren. Space wise, the house set up worked great for 6 adults and 6 children. With 3 levels, be prepared for lots of stairs...37 steps from entry floor, also pool floor, to top floor with 2 bedrooms! Washer and dryer are on top floor. Very comfy beds and upstairs bedrooms were very spacious. Overall the house was clean and comfortable. All of the exterior doors need some care...main floor doors were difficult to lock and back kitchen door was difficult to open. A concern on pool floor, if you travel with toddlers that can open doors, there is no way to secure from the inside. The outside doors are set up with keypad entry, which is great for outside entry. Would be nice to have an open door alert on these doors. There is a fee to heat the pool. If you you don't want to pay the fee, clearly state "Do Not Heat" in an email to the manager. Evidently, there was some confusion during our stay. Easy access to a private beach. Lots of beach/sand toys and fold up chairs. Would have been nice to have storage closet more organized.

The house was perfect for our family. The location was great and we enjoyed the gated community. The beach was just a few steps from the beautiful home. Our host was great. She responded fast to our questions. Great place for a family vacation.

The very best!

This property is just the very best… I’ve stayed all over 30A and this has been my favorite and I’m booking again! The house is clean and fully equipped.. the views are amazing .. you walk directly across the street to the water which was very nice! Coffee and restaurants are nearby within walking distance.. so much space in the house where know one felt on top of one another at all … the only downside was couldn’t get the pool to warm up on the chilly days.. the second floor outdoor eating area was fabulous for everyone to sit and eat.. the two full kitchens were great.. the coffee area on the 3rd floor was a nice asset! You will not at all be disappointed! The views and proximity to the water are so incredibly worth it! ❤️

Not Quite There

The location and proximity to the beach are hard to beat! The layout of the house was great, especially with two master bedrooms for two families. The kids had a blast in their own floor. The property manager was superbly responsive when we contacted her about relatively minor issues. I couldn't recommend her more highly. The house itself seemed like it needed some TLC. The dryer took easily 4 cycles to dry anything because the dryer hose hadn't been cleaned out. The stove burners on the main floor didn't work well - one was even unsafely clogged. Two toilet paper roll holders fell off the wall while we were there because they were barely attached. The upstairs dishwasher never actually used all of the powder and you had to wonder how clean your dishes were getting. The owner had told the property manager that there were two kids bikes, but there was only one and it didn't work. Thankfully, the property manager handled that well. We had problems with roaches on the lowest floor. Overall, the location and layout make this a great rental house, but I wish it had been in a bit better shape.

Fantastic location

We loved our stay at this house! We had a group of 7 with plenty of space for comfortable accommodation. Lots of beds and all very comfortable. Maybe bring extra blankets if your friends like to keep it extra cool like mine. :) While the listing states that beach access is across the street, we were shocked at how close it actually is. This house is basically on the beach. The walkway entrance to the beach is maybe 20 feet from the front door. Shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk. Huge plus! There are TWO kitchens, and both are fully stocked with pans, utensils, all the appliances, etc. There are also TWO wine refrigerators. Plenty of dishwasher pods, but be sure to bring your own trash bags. Washer and dryer look brand new. And the washer is very large, so that was nice for us to wash towels frequently. They also have a basket of beach towels for use downstairs. It was nice having a pool. Only downside was that we checked in on Wednesday and they didn’t clean the pool until Friday. So Thursday when we got in, it was a little gross with lots of hair and bugs in the water. Overall, we loved the house. You actually have a beach view and you can sit on one of the THREE beach front balconies and listen to the waves. Absolutely gorgeous! I’d love to book this house again in the future.

Family fall break

Our family absolutely loved this house! Great location and the best beach access! The extra beach chairs and sand toys came in handy. The only negative thing, the stacked washer and dryer on the first floor needs some attention or replaced. Doesn’t clean at all.
