Serendipity

Lovely home, beautifully decorated with nice spaces to sit outside-front porch swing and lounge area/dining area at the back of the house. We made full use of the bikes-can easily ride to the pools, the beach, pickleball courts and Seaside. Lovely home tucked in a cute community! We loved our stay!

Great house for family in Seaside

We really enjoyed the stay at serendipity. Having a bike or a golf cart is very helpful. The only thing I would ask for would be a few additions to kitchen cookware.

Amazing home and location

House was perfectly located. We could walk anywhere we needed to be. Short bike rides to Seaside. Publix was just down the road for convenience to hop in and out for quick groceries. Loved the home itself and the quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and Beautiful

The Property Management Company was on top of everything. Communication was clear immediately upon booking. This was the easiest rental I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been using Vrbo for well over a decade. The house is beautiful. Even with neighbors next door, we never noticed them because the home is incredibly quiet on the inside. Everything is within biking distance. We used them to ride to the Beach Club, pools, and Seaside. Rooms were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and we had a great time. I’ve been going to 30A for my entire life and this was one of our best vacations ever. Will book again - if not this exact house, with the PMC.

Nice home layout. Fun porches. Beautiful Watercolor location - close to Camp Watercolor, beach, and supermarket. Comfy beds. Household amenities (no iron, missing pot lids, etc.) need updating and/or replacement.

Great Home for A Family Vacation

Excellent property with a home that exceeded our expectations. We traveled with our daughter, her husband and 4 grandchildren. My daughter’s family was very comfortable with the upstairs with on-suite bath in one bedroom, bunk beds on the second floor landing and bedroom for her infants which shared a Jack and Jill bath with the landing. Downstairs feature a large master suite, large dining room, living room, and kitchen. Outdoor space featured a front porch with porch swing and screened in back porch. Short walk to pool, and about one mile to Santa Rosa Beach. Great multi-generational vacation spot!

Beautiful Neighborhood

The whole family had a wonderful time walking on the nature trails, using the pools, and watching the sunset over the ocean. This property is a bit of a walk to the ocean but we didn’t mind.

We loved the property. The fireplace didn’t work nor the the fire pit and although we called to have it fixed on Thursday, no one ever came to fix it until we were checking out on Monday morning.

Great summer get away!

Great house! We went with 3 teens and an 8 year old. Tons of space for everyone! Easy walk/bike ride to the Camp pool and close drive to Publix. A couple of the bike chains came off but we put them back on. Coffee pot isn’t the greatest but that’s minor! We would definitely rent this place again!

Transportation Is An Issue

Housing, beaches, amenities were great. However a transportation in general is a big issue. I wish the property manager would have provided more information on how to get around the premises. Sad that golf carts were all sold out. We used Goober to and from the home on the daily (which was great). They indicated they would take me and my family to the airport but then the night before said they couldn’t bc of some licensing issue. I was lucky I found a cab after trying many taxi companies. Still gave 5 stars overall.

Perfect Location for Watercolor Vacation

We had a great week in Watercolor. Serendipity is a perfect location with nice amenities. Some attention does need to be paid to some details to make this the perfect property. The bed mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and many of the ceiling fans did not work properly, nor did the wine fridge adjacent the dining room. The layout of the house was great and we enjoyed the bikes and amenity passes. This house would easily upgrade to a 5 star review with a little more TLC and new mattresses throughout the house.

Very nice property!

The house was outstanding. Great location and very close to Camp Watercolor. Nice porches to spend time out on. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a great size. Our only complaint was the condition of the cookware. Almost none of the pots and pans were usable due to rust or chipping which was very unfortunate in a house of this price range. It made cooking at the house impossible. Outside of that issue, everything was great!

21 Running Oak is Da Bomb

Great house. Great layout (master downstairs and kids upstairs). Great location (close to Publix, 2 min bike ride to pools, 8 min bike ride to beach). Slept great. Super kitchen with a small island. Only critique is that there were too many light switches in the house . . . and I had to dig deep to come up with that critique. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful house!

Perfect house for our spring break trip. We brought 6 teenagers with us so having all the kids bedrooms & the den area upstairs was great for them to have an area to themselves. And my husband & I enjoyed the quiet of the downstairs master suite. The claw foot tub in the master bath is heavenly! We enjoyed the location & the beautiful neighborhood. Very close to Publix which was convenient & just a short bike ride to the beach & all the happenings in Seaside. Would definitely stay here again!
